"The space is perfect for large groups, we had 13 people. The top floor was the best place to hang which allowed people to be able to peel off and have some time to themselves when they needed. It’s just under a 10 minute walk to downtown, check out Lucy’s Bar and The Misfit. Tim was an excellent host and ensured we had everything we needed, would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun girls trip! "

" We were there for a rowing competition for my daughter and had rainy weather. It was great that you could walk into a mudroom area and have hooks to hang up our things before going into the main part of the house. The laundry was right there too so it was convenient. The kitchen was a good size and we had everything we needed to prepare food. The house is on a quiet street with easy access to downtown. Communication with the host was excellent. She responded whenever I had any questions.The...

"We were in town for a horse show, and this property was the perfect location. What a cool spot! We all loved it, such a creative idea. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us! Comfortable beds, great water pressure, and everything you could ever need for a comfortable stay. If you happened to forget any toiletries, they were avaliable! Such a nice touch. "Location, location, location ! This place has a perfect location we parked our car on Wednesday and didn’t move it until we left. The place is nicely appointed and the host was responsive and friendly. Place is perfect for 2 people. The listing says it sleeps 4 but the bathroom in “en-suite “, and the bedroom door doesn’t close because the bed is too large for the small room. So it really doesn’t accommodate 2 couples. "

"Excellent space for our group of 9. We each had our own room which was comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet rural setting."

"Our family of 4 really enjoyed our weekend stay at the Grand Mare Vanderbilt. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Owners are great communicators! Check-in and out instructions were clear and easy. The building is located on a lovely tree lined street and an easy walk to and from downtown Saratoga. "

"Comfortable and presentable. Location is great for going downtown or shopping in general. Restaurants are very close by. Property manager was easy to communicate with."

"This was a good deal for the location and space for my family’s stay. It was close to lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and overlooked Washington Park. AC window units and fans made it comfortable in the July heat. Street parking was made easy thanks to the host. "

"This property was absolutely amazing! Beautiful location and accommodations! Well stocked with kitchen supplies. Clean inside and out , outdoor space beautiful, grill clean. Super friendly and accommodating owners I have rented quite a few VRBO rentals, this by far was the best! We plan on being returning renters! I if it was possible I would give this property far beyond a 5! Definitely planning on returning! "
