"We had a great time. The tent and toilet were clean. We appreciated the water provided and the cookware. The only thing to note is that there is a bit of walking on a rocky trail before reaching the campsite (not next to the parking spot). The river was fun to explore but can be difficult for younger kids to get to. The campsite is close to Minnewaska State Park, very convenient. "

"When I arrived to the room it was really warm in there, I figured out how to turn the ac on and it cooled off some but the room remained warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, the room was very clean. Unfortunately the tv didn’t work and the restaurant staff downstairs were very loud and you could hear everything, at times they were cussing and yelling, made my stay unsatisfactory, the front door had a squeak to it so every time someone came through you heard it. Probably won’t stay...

"Effortless checkin, fully equipped kitchen made meal prep enjoyable, loads of linens and towels, updated finishes and decor touches. Super responsive host. The sauna was the treat that made the stay special. Would eagerly rebook. Properly named Zen Chalet. "

"I was very happy with the property. I shared the place with my adult children for a family wedding. It was wonderful to have some quality, screenfree, engaging time with them. We took full advantage of the games and cards provided.
The bedding was sooo comfy that I came home and ordered the same pillows that were there.
I would definitely add the fact that the water is “well water” to the listing so people know in advance to bring water. All in all a great experience."
