"Absolutely perfect stay cute little place, came as a surprise stay for boyf birthday. Probably booked somewhere else until I saw here an the other place wouldn’t decorate and the owner said I could here so booked to stay here instead it was lovely, cosy we arrived quite late so will have to come back and stay from the check in time to enjoy the views and relaxing vibe. Definitely will come back 5* an he loved the treat Thank you. Also it doesn’t have a tv and I know people choose these places...

"Lovely place to stay and perfect for exploring West Yorkshire and the Peak District. Accomodation was very clean and comfortable and owners and neighbours very friendly. Also has a lovely little courtyard where you can watch the sunset with either a glass or a cuppa. Will definitely stay again. "

"The property is very clean, tidy and nicely decorated. The facilities are excellent. We would have liked more shelving in the bathroom for our toiletries and we thought the shower mat looked a bit grimy.The outdoor space was useful for our grandson to run around in. We thought there could have been more toilet rolls. We would definitey return here in the future when we visit our family in Halifax!"

"Comms were good from Martin. Instructions -easy to follow. Accommodation is nice and simple for our short stay ( even Longer if needed!!) Location is great for many things, including First Direct Arena. Parking is close by and fair price!
