"Overall, it was pretty great. I only stayed there because I had car issues and had to make a layover. So considering everything else I went through, it was a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend for whatever the reason."

"The guy at the front desk who worked saturday evening was pretty much alone until a manager helped him, but even working alone he was kind and did not get upset that he had so much going on because they were so busy, we will stay here again and shout out to that young front desk worker, you did amazing."

"The stay wasn't too bad. I was greeted by 2 different workers with great customer service and very helpful. I was happy the coffee and muffins was out a little before 6am, since I had to get up at 5am. The hotel was clean. Since my stay was only for 2 nights, they do not come and clean up or replenish towels unless you ask, but i the room had more than enough for 3 days. The area is nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again"

"The property is great. But. for the price per night, I have to ask why certain "little items" are no longer provided. Littke things like body lotion, shower caps, bar soap for those who cannot use the nody cleansing gel. The auto ice maker didn't work, so trips to the ice macine were in order. The room was not refreshed, had to ask for clean towels. The care of the customer does not measure up to the time before Covid."

"I had an early doctors appointment on Tuesday and we come from 2 hours away. Decided to stay TownePlace Suites. Very clean, very friendly employees, excellent place to stay. Would definitely recommend."

"This was our first time staying in Hilliard. This hotel was great! It was very clean from the lobby, to our room, to the outside patio area. We spent some time outside around the fire pit until about 2 am. The surrounding area is very quiet. The breakfast was very yummy. Lots of options. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. All and all we truly enjoyed our stay and will be back again the next time we are coming to Columbus! "
