"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"

"Très bel espace au coeur de la ville. Nous avions une vue superbe au 19 e étage. L'accueil au comptoir était un peu rude et sans chaleur. Le chauffage faisait défaut (trop chaud), le lave-vaisselle a brisé et un des deux ascenseurs était en panne. Il aurait fallu un petit coup de rafraîchissement à la peinture de l'appartement et au mobilier du salon."

"Excellent stay from start to finish. The suite was modern, spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. "We were very happy with the location and majority of amentities. We did not see a thermostat, which would have been helpful during the heat wave, but the temperature was bearable at whatever the standard setting was. The couch had stains on it which was in contrast of how pristine and beautiful the rest of the accommodation was. "Beautifuly decorated and comfy beds. Directly on the lake and friendly staff. Bring a gas cooker or one use bbq type thing for your meals or there are Restaurants or I saw a family with take away pizza. A little fridge, cutlery, plates and bowls supplied. Soft, fluffy towels, washing up things too. Supermarket 5 mins away. One needs to be used to being self-sufficient and down to earth. Fresh water tap around the corner, showers and toilets shared and regularly cleaned. Beautiful and peaceful....

"Sehr netter unkomplizierter Empfang, gemütliches hübsches Tinyhouse wie beschrieben. Lage sehr schön am See. Alles sauber.Der See einladend. Die Nähe zu Amsterdam top. Die Beschallung der viel befahrenen Straße ist immer präsent und stört leider etwas die Idylle. Das wäre nur mit einer Schallschutzmauer zu dämmen an der Straße."
