"Das Appartement war eimwandfrei. Selbst Kaffe wurde zu Verfügung gestellt. Sauber, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top. Auch sehr flexibel.. wir durften eine Stunde später auschecken als geplant. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen und würde diese jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank!! "

"Der Check in hat nur nach mehreren Anläufen funktioniert, die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig und das vorhandene Besteck, die Teller und die Gläser waren um ehrlich zu sein in einem widerlichen Zustand. Es ließen sich auch einige ominöse Flecke auf dem Mobiliar finden. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Reinigungspersonal kürzlich ersetzt wurde und die Mängel darauf zurückzuführen seien. "We stayed at the LYV on Karl Marx Strasse and I’d recommend it for people looking for apartment style accommodations in an area of Berlin that is pretty lively and has great access to the U-Bahn and the Ring-Bahn. "Eileen was the most wonderful host - really appreciated having her nearby and she was super kind and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and was very quiet at night. Its location is super convenient for getting around Berlin as it's round the corner from both S and U bahns. I stayed with my little dog and there were a few nice parks close by for walks.
