Enjoy an oasis of peace in the mountains of the Bavarian Forest, at an altitude of almost 1000m in the Sonnenwald, a paradise for skiers and cyclists as well as hikers and those seeking peace and quiet. Our cozy bungalow offers a large, fenced garden with barbecue and fireplace, a lounging area to relax as well as modern amenities such as WiFi and Netflix, washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds (2 double+1 single). Ideal for those seeking relaxation and active vacationers

Welcome to our cozy, almost 100m² bungalow with a huge garden, ideally located at almost 1000m above sea level in the picturesque Bavarian Forest.

Enjoy the comprehensive facilities including a high-quality coffee machine with as much coffee as you want, a selection of teas and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, kettle and toaster - perfect for recharging your batteries after a day in the fresh, clear mountain air.

The bungalow has two bedrooms:
The first with a spacious and comfortable 180x200 double bed,
the second with a queen-size bed and an additional single bed,
ideal for recovering from the stresses of everyday life. The second bedroom also has an integrated shower with washbasin.

In the living and dining room, a wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth and atmosphere. A small sofa, a large dining table and a Smart TV with Netflix invite you to relax at the end of the day. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and also offers a washing machine, hairdryer, towels and soap.

Experience the unique location with breathtaking views of the Alps and the "local mountain Brotjacklriegel".
The Steinberg lift and numerous hiking trails and cross-country ski trails are just 400m away.
Local restaurants, ski bars and a small grocery store are also within easy reach.

Other attractions such as the Großer Arber and Geißkopf ski resorts as well as the towns of Passau and Deggendorf with the rivers Danube and Inn are just 30-60 minutes away.

This bungalow is the perfect destination for a relaxing or active vacation above the clouds of the Bavarian Forest. Ideal for families, hikers, bikers, skiers and anyone looking for peace and quiet.

Paar Kosmetik Arbeiten am Haus wären nötig

Wir waren zu dritt mit Hund. Das Häuschen eignet sich für 5 Personen. Wobei ich finde das wird dann eng. Es war alles schön hergerichtet, saubere Bettwäsche/Handtücher, Blümchen auf dem Tisch. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat eine Dusche.Dennoch gab es paar Spinnweben und Kleinigkeiten die repariert werden müssen. Kosmetik am Haus quasi. Es gibt Waschmaschine,Föne, Grill,Feuerstelle… leider nur 2 Liegestühle. Der Herd und Boiler wird mit Gas betrieben. Da wäre ne Bedienungsanleitung gut. Auch ne Nummer vom Hausmeister. Die Mülltonnen waren schon voll als wir kamen. In der Küche geht die Abzugshaube nicht und es fehlen paar Kleinigkeiten (Salatschüssel,Schälchen,Salatbesteck,Eierbecher). Aber es hat uns gefallen. Sehr ruhig,kühle Wohnung bei der Hitze.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Problemloser check in und check out.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, die Nächte waren noch sehr kalr aber dank der sehr gut funktionierenden Heizung kein Problem. Das Objekt bietet eine fantastische Aussicht und bei schönen Wetter macht das draussen sitzen richtig Spaß

Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war einfach und freundlich, die Lage sehr schön. Das Häuschen braucht aber an einigen Stellen etwas liebe was okay ist, nicht schön waren die Hundehaare die wirklich überall waren

Super Lage und Top Vermieter

Es war einfach nur traumhaft! Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist einfach nur traumhaft und wer eine Auszeit in den Bergen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Zwei Skihänge mit Lift sind in 5 min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Weihnachtsurlaub

Die Gegend und die Aussicht vom Bungalow aus sind sensationell. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach schönen Spaziergängen im wunderbar verschneiten Bayrischen Wald haben wir gern abends den Kamin angeheizt. Check in und Check out waren völlig unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wunderschönen Urlaub genossen

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Hunden dort um ein verlängertes Wochenende zu verbringen. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir hatten ein wohlig warmes Haus vorgefunden. Geschirr war gut sortiert, sogar reichhaltige Gläserauswahl war vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vermieter ist neu und unerfahren

Leider müssen wir einige Sterne abziehen, aber zuerst einmal zu den guten Dingen: - Check in hat Reibungslos funktioniert - Tolle Lage des Bungalows - Bungalow hat eine gute Größe wie beschrieben… Nun die negativen Dinge die leider in der Gesamtheit überwiegen: - Vermieter hat sich schon vor der Anreise teilweise 12 Stunden Zeit gelassen um zu antworten - bei Ankuft ist direkt aufgefallen dass die Sanitäranlagen geputzt sind, aber der Rest leider Extrem dreckig,.. von Menschen über Tierhaare (Auf Boden/Betten/Couch und sogar im Kühlschrank) bis hin zu Leere Flaschen und Schwämme auf dem Rasen im Garten.. wir mussten dann für unser wohl selber den Staubsauger suchen und einmal durchsaugen… - Defekte Dunstabzugshaube, defekte Abdunklungsrollos, und der Gasmelder ist eines Nachts von der Decke gekracht.. -Bungalow und Einrichtung teils renovierungsbedürftig… -Brennholz dieses gestellt wird sind XXL Stämme diese so im Innenbereich Kamin kaum brennen, eine Axt war leider nicht vorhanden - Dass ärgerlichste ist aber dass der Vermieter mehrmals vor Und bei Anreise geschrieben hat wenn etwas sein sollte sollen wir uns zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit melden… - All diese Kritikpunkte habe ich ihm am Tag 1 und Tag 2 unseres Aufenthaltes geschrieben… tatsächlich blieben meine Nachrichten seitens des Vermieter während unseres Aufenhaltes unbeantwortet… die einzige Antwort vom Vermieter war die Bitte einer 5 Sterne Bewertung am Morgen der Abreise, die Nachrichten wurden gekonnt ignoriert

Toller Ausblick - super Lage

Wir haben mit unserer Hündin im Bungalow eine erholsame Zeit verbracht. Besonders gut hat uns der große eingezäunte Garten gefallen und der sensationelle Ausblick. Der Bungalow ist in die Jahre gekommen aber in der meisten Teilen renoviert und liebevoll mit netten Details dekoriert. Die Küchenmöbel sind allerdings nicht erneuert worden und wirklich nicht mehr schön. Herd und Ofen sind neu und in Ordnung Die Sauberkeit war insbesondere in der Küche (in den Schränken, Herd, Backofen), aber auch insgesamt im Bungalow nicht zufriedenstellend. Der Kamin war klasse und ausreichend Holz vorhanden. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohn- Esszimmer sind eingeschränkt (wie in der Anzeige beschrieben) - was aber für uns nur bei schlechtem Wetter ein Problem war. Trotzdem haben wir eine schöne Zeit gehabt.

Ferienhaus mit wunderbarer Aussicht

Für uns und unserem Hund die perfekte Unterkunft. Wer die Ruhe auf dem Land im Urlaub genießen möchte, der findet hier alles, was man braucht. Großer, eingezäunter Garten mit wunderbarer Aussicht ins Donautal und, bei guter Sicht, bis zu den Alpen. Sehr freundlicher, bemühter Gastgeber. Alles sehr sauber. Definitiv weiter zu empfehlen.

Toller Kurzurlaub in Niederbayern

Das Ferienhaus auf ca. 850 m über NN liegt in einem Ferienhausgebiet in toller Landschaft und mit sagenhaftem Weitblick. Das Haus hat alles zu bieten, was für einen Urlaub zum Entspannen, Ausruhen, Wandern oder Ausflüge machen notwendig ist. Es verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche, Bad mit Dusche, Waschmaschine, 2 WC, 2 Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit TV, Ofen, Gartenmöbel. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, so dass auch unser Hund den Aufenthalt genießen konnte. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war hervorragend, er hat häufig mit uns kommuniziert und war immer ansprechbar. Wir würden wiederkommen!
