In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Public parking on the road. Shop 6 km, grocery 400 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 20 m, bakery, café 100 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Schieder" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km. Walking paths from the house 200 m. Nearby attractions: Externsteine 25 km, Hermannsdenkmal 26 km, Welterbe Corvey 28 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: SchiederSee (Stausee) 7 km. Please note: car recommended.

Ideal centre-point

Property is very nice, clean and a lot of roomspace. Nice and quiet village with a very good Italian restaurant. A lot of nice places to visit from this base. Like Detmold, Hoxter, Steinheim, Lemgo and Bad Pyrmont. Nice walks at the Schiedersee and to the Schwallenberg "castle".

Wir haben vier Nächte in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet. Die Dusche ist ein Traum. TV top, Matratzen sehr gut. Die Küchenausstattung ist teilweise verbesserungsfähig. Beispiel: Besteck, Zustand Pfannen.... Der Kühlschrank war bei Anreise leider nicht angestellt. Kontakt mit den Vermietern nett, kurz.

Ideale Ferienwohnung für eine vierköpfige Familie

Schöne große komplett durchrenovierte Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern . Die Küche ist mit allen bekannten Elektrogeräten bestückt. Sogar eine Infrarotsauna ist in einem eigenen Ruheraum vorhanden. Gut funktionierendes WLAN und ein großes Flach-TV ergänzen die Einrichtung. Der Vermieter gibt bei Schlüsselübergabe einen kurzen Wohnungsüberblick. Ein Privatparkplatz steht, wenn nicht anderweitig besetzt, direkt am Haus zur Verfügung. Ansonsten gibt's nur wenige Meter entfernt am Markt von Schwalenberg genügend freie Parkplätze.

Die Wohnung war toll, etwas hellhörig. Der Ort ist auch ganz süß,es gibt viel zu unternehmen.viel spazieren, etwas wandern. Mit dem Auto ist vieles in ein paar Kilometern erreichbar. Ab April hat auch das meiste geöffnet.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in perfekter Lage. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, Netto und Rewe in Schieder, Gassi gehen fast direkt vor der Haustür möglich. Guter Ausgangspunkt um den südlichen Teutoburger Wald zu erkunden (Wanderwege, Höxter, Corvey, Detmold, Lemgo, Externsteine, Hermannsdenkmal, Freilichtmuseum Detmold...).

Eine herrliche Wohnung, alles da was man sich vorstellen kann. Einbauküche mit allen Geräten die man braucht. Auch die restliche Ferienwohnung ist super eingerichtet. Sehr modern, mit WLAN und Infrarot Sauna.

Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100 % der Beschreibung. Modern eingerichtet, großzügiges Wohnzimmer, Saunazimmer. Die Küche ist für 4 Personen ausreichend, dafür ist die anliegende Terasse riesig.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten mit 6 Personen 2 der 3 in einem Haus befindlichen Ferienwohnungen gemietet. Beide Wohnungen sind sehr liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, um sich rundum wohl zu fühlen. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer in der ersten Etage waren augenscheinlich härter als die restlichen Matratzen. Während alle Miturlauber hervorragend geschlafen haben, waren meinem Mann und mir die Matratzen etwas zu hart. Dies ist unser persönliches Empfinden! Fazit: Top Ausstattung, alles bestens, wir kommen gerne wieder!
