Beach nest in Scharbeutz / Haffkrug, 20 meters to the Baltic Sea beach

Newly renovated and furnished. Heated pool from May - September. W-Lan is included in the price. TV in the living room, a music system with Bluetooth is also available. Kitchen is well equipped everything necessary is available.
The balcony offers sun from noon (depending on the weather of course :-). The rattan armchairs are adjustable in a reclining position.

comfortable double bed in 1,80m x 2,00m; Sleeping chair for children up to 1.65m available. Alternatively, a baby cot is available. Highchair is also available.

We are happy to provide you on request bed linen and towels. Per set once 10 Euro p. P. for bed linen and 5 Euro p. P. for towels for your stay.

Parking space in front of the house

Cleaning fee flat rate 50 € to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Pets belong to the family and are welcome. Please contact us prior to booking for the possibility of taking your pet with you. We charge an additional cleaning fee of 25 € flat rate (totaling 75 €).

Within walking distance of about 200 meters there is a large discounter with everything necessary.
In the bathroom we still have the charm of the past. Everything in the interior bath tub works perfectly and is clean. We are obliged to register our guests in the municipality Scharbeutz and pay visitor's tax. This is not included in the booking price and must be paid to us in cash upon arrival. You will receive the Ostseecard for your stay with all the benefits. Information on the amount of the tourist tax (seasonal) and the benefits Ostseecard can be read online.

Die Unterkunft war von der Lage her sehr zentral und gut gelegen. Leider nicht ganz unseren Vorstellungen entsprechend was die Hygiene ansteht. Es roch schon im Hausflur etwas modrig was sich in der Wohnung fortsetze! Das war recht unangenehm! Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet undhat uns gut g fallen. Wir würden sie allerdings nicht noch einmal buchen . Das liegt halt am Geruch und nicht an der Wohnung selbst! Schade

Wir haben schöne Tage in einer sehr schönen und gemütlichen Wohnung direkt an der Ostsee verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Würden jederzeit dort wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Einfach perfekt! Wir haben ein schönes - gepflegtes Appartment vorgefunden, sowie eine sehr nette Vermieterin angetroffen. Wir haben die Zeit an unserer geliebten Bucht genossen, es hat uns in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt, sowie haben wir uns gleichermaßen rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür. Rundum gelungener Urlaub

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in schöner Umgebung, von der Straße abgewandt mit Blick ins Grüne und den Pool. Geschäfte, Restaurants, Rewe...alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wie beschrieben, gut ausgestattet um sich auch selbst versorgen zu können. Ich kann die Wohnung bedenkenlos empfehlen und würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wohlfühlfaktor

Sehr schöne eingerichtete Wohnung. Direkte Lage am Strand (gegenüber), nebenan ein Italiener und nur einige Gehminuten zu einem REWE-Markt. Die Ausrichtung der Wohnung ist zum Pool, somit weg von der Hauptstraße und daher schön ruhig.
