  • Welcome to the Haus Barke vacation rental.

    This vacation apartment is located in the heart of Scharbeutz and offers approximately 50 m² of space for up to three people. The Scharbeutz Dune Mile, with its numerous restaurants, boutiques, and cafés, is just a short walk away, as is the beach.

    The bright, modern two-room apartment is located on the first floor and is easily accessible by elevator. The apartment features a beautiful south-facing balcony with a side view of the sea.

    The cozy living-dining area is furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa. The dining area, which seats three people, is separated from the living area by the well-equipped kitchen, which features a dishwasher, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, Nespresso machine, and oven. Here you’ll find a sleeper sofa (1.40 x 2.00 m) for up to 1 person, a new internet-enabled flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray/DVD player, and a digital Bluetooth radio. Books are provided for your enjoyment.

    The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2.00 m x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. A small crib fits perfectly between the wardrobe and the door. Winter and summer comforters are provided.

    A modern shower room/restroom with a window and a spacious hallway complete the apartment.

    The vacation rental includes a parking space to the left of the building’s entrance. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests. You can store any bicycles you bring with you in the communal bicycle storage area.
    Pets are not allowed in this accommodation! This is a non-smoking apartment.

    You’ll find a modern building offering well-maintained amenities and spacious 2- to 3-room apartments. Good shopping options and numerous restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity, ensuring that nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation. Parking spaces and a bicycle storage room are, of course, available.

    We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing beach walks or bike rides.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Atmosphäre. Man merkt, dass viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Komfort gelegt wird. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir waren dort während unseres Urlaubs am Meer und sind sehr zufrieden. Bereits bei unserer Anfrage nach einer geeigneten Ferienwohnung erlebten wir den von uns überaus geliebten und geschätzten Service - höflich, freundlich mit viel Sachverstand. Es war ein Vergnügen, direkt bedient zu werden; ohne Warteschleife und dem verfluchten Sprachassistenten. Auch vor unserer Abreise begegneten wir die gleiche Freundlichkeit und den gewohnten Service. Das ist entspannend, so daß die Heimreise mit einem sehr, sehr guten Gefühl angetreten werden kann. Bis zum nächsten Mal. Die Wohnung entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen und Wünschen. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.
