"Stayed for an extended weekend (Friday-Monday) at the end of May for our Anniversary. Found the listing while browsing, and fell in love with with the pictures. Initially we booked for a Fri-Sun. I requested a late checkout and the hostess was glad to work with us. Later, when I realized that it was a holiday weekend, I reached back out to her and she helped us to extend the weekend until Monday. "My second stay at Sky River, needless to say we really love it! A wonderful log cabin right in the Skykomish, very private and cozy. Rustic in the good way, with most amenities but you will prefer to read a book, sit by the fire pit or float in the river. See you next year!"

"The home was clean and cozy and close to the river."

"We didn’t want to stay in Leavenworth village because we wanted a place to ourselves. This place didn’t disappoint us.We loved the big cathedral windows and huge deck. There is a hot tub, yard games, and kitchen but we didn’t use any of these. We went for Leavenworth Village and the creek. We really enjoyed looking at all the different rocks in the creek. Even saw a Heron just up the creek.Squirrel Tree Restaurant was pretty good and there is a 59er diner just down the road that’s supposed to...

"This cozy cottage was everything we hoped it would be and more. We loved the train running by, it added to the Christmas magic. Very clean and had everything we needed, we enjoyed the hot tub and armoire of board games. The only negative was the shower pressure was a little light, but overall a small detail and we were very happy with our stay. We will definitely be returning!"
