This handicap accessible private home is 5 miles from the beach, 12 miles from downtown Portland, and 9 miles from Portland International Jetport. The 6-year-old home is newly renovated, and has an all-season porch attached. The location is quiet and peaceful, and equipped with a generator. You will feel like you are in the countryside, yet close to everything. We offer weekly and monthly rental discounts. A 10% discount for a full week rental, 35% discount for monthly rental.

We had great stay at this property in late August. The house is very well appointed, very clean and well stocked. The location is great - close to all attractions (and convenient to exploring nearby areas) but felt very private. Zac was a great host and super easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing! There was not one thing missing ! The host put so much thought into stalking the kitchen with supply’s! The house was immaculate ! Location was amazing so close to everything! The house is set off the street in a private area . Cable and internet were strong ! Game /reading porch stocked puzzles games books! The house was so comfortable ! Cousins weekend away !

Wonderful home

This property is in a tranquil and relatively private location, all while being close to things to do. The hosts are wonderful and provided a nice binder with local recommendations and a beautiful floral arrangement. The Jones Family Farm goats milk soap smelled delicious and was a nice touch. It was a nice reprieve from the busy work-week and was such a lovely home!

We were so happy to stay here!! There were 5 adults and we were very comfortable. We found it spotless in every room. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything you would need to stay. This is not a cottage it's a home.would recommend anyone going to the Scarborough area to stay here.

Cute house with a great layout in a country setting

This house was perfect for our stay. You can tell the hosts put a lot of time and effort into making this home welcoming. The location is convenient for dining and shopping while still feeling laidback and restful. The house itself has every amenity a person could need and then some. We appreciated the small ramp to the door and the bathroom fixtures that assisted with mobility. All of the people in my group loved this rental and would absolutely stay here again if we were visiting the area.

Scarborough, ME, June 2025

For our visit with family who live in Scarborough, the house was ideally located. It’s close enough to Portland and Saco to enjoy their attractions and close enough to Rt 95 to travel further afield. The house itself has a great view of a marsh and an enclosed porch to enjoy it from. It also has about everything you need if you plan to eat in. Everything about making arrangements to stay there was easy. We would stay there again.

Beautiful forest view

This place has a very cozy sunroom off the master bedroom overlooking a beautiful field. The bedrooms are spacious. We were very comfortable here and had a great time visiting the beach and area amusement parks.

Cozy, quiet, great stay!

Cottage was cozy and clean, perfect size for our family of 5 to spread out. Nice quiet location, close driving distance to so much. Great communication from property manager. Our favorite spot was the sunroom, we enjoyed watching for wildlife and playing card/board games. Will definitely recommend to friends and family! Thank you!
