    Ubicado al final de un camino rural tranquilo a solo 3 millas de la playa de Dunwich en la gloriosa costa de Suffolk, este granero, cómodo y moderno, es perfecto para las vacaciones durante todo el año.     Desde la A12, gire a Darsham a su derecha (después de cruzar la línea de ferrocarril) aproximadamente 3 millas al norte de Yoxford. Continúa por el pueblo, pasa la iglesia, dobla la curva (hacia Westleton) y Fairfields. Tome el siguiente carril hacia Brussels Green y continúe hasta el final hasta Green Farm y Butlers Barn.

Peaceful location in Dark Sky village

A very friendly host. Great location for walking on heath land and the Suffolk coastal path. Within easy reach of Minsmere and Sutton Hoo. Thorpeness is a very interesting fantasy coastal resort developed for the wealthy in the early 20th century. Worth a visit for its architecture alone.

A wonderful quaint property, a quiet place even on a working farm.

A wonderful quaint property, a quiet place even on a working farm. Beds comfortable and plenty of towels to use. What would have been nice was a small welcome hamper of milk, tea, coffee and sugar especially after a long journey. Kitchen basics like cling film, foil and oil would have been good too. Other than that no fault with property.

A disrupted week in Suffolk

Clean, spacious, in good repair and just as advertised. A very quiet location on the edge of Darsham, a dark skies village, so it was good for star gazing if so inclined. The owner Mrs Butler was excellent; friendly and helpful particularly as my wife broke a leg within a half hour of arriving and had to be hospitalised for a couple of weeks.. I would be happy to stay here again.

Very clean, spacious Barn offering excellent accommodation.

Very clean, spacious Barn offering excellent accommodation. Well fitted out - the kitchen had everything you needed and the bathroom was very spacious with a bath and separate excellent shower. The heating and hot water were all good - we were never cold as you are with some cottages! It was also very private, and we were undisturbed throughout the week. The village was very friendly, with an excellent pub - highly recommend The Fox Inn for dinner and the countryside around was very nice, with easy access on the bikes to Dunwich, Walberswick etc., along good back roads and trails. Beautifully designed barn conversion, well fitted out and very high quality furnishings and Kitchen equipment. ExCeptionally clean on arrival. Situated in a pretty village with excellent pub, we felt completely comfortable and safe in the whole area as we observed all the regulations recommended to thwart covid.19 being met. Butlers barn was a wonderfully peaceful and comfortable space to relax for a week.

Butlers barn was a wonderfully peaceful and comfortable space to relax for a week. Communication was excellent and the owner very helpful and accommodating on arrival. We found the cottage to be immaculately clean and very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the fact that the barn is detached and surrounded by hedge which provided privacy, peace and quiet. We also loved the fact it has a garden which our children really enjoyed playing in. Darsham is a beautiful village and an easy location to visit Southwold, Dunwich and Walberswick. An excellent holiday cottage.

An excellent holiday cottage. Well equipped and wonderfully located in a small village. The owners were most welcoming. Local walking was very interesting with Minsmere in close proximity. We loved our week there and would recommend to others.
