"Booked this place because of the reviews and overall it was a pleasant stay. Beds were super comfy and receptionist that called me was very polite and lovely to deal with. We stayed the weekend of the Aussie PH for 3 nights, we were only at the hotel to sleep. It was cleaned daily with new towels. Close to the shops, good aircon unit and spacious for the cost. "Location was fantastic, Cafe's, Shops, Beaches, Walks & Sunday Markets all at your doorstep. Staff were amazing at every level, very helpful and accommodating. A friendly and welcoming environment. Cleanliness was on point and in my opinion rooms were fairly priced. A character rich building with many areas to unwind and socialise with the option of in-house dining including entertainment on the weekend. Budget friendly in a great location, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again."

"Only stayed 1 night on way from Sydney to the Gold Coast - but wish I had added an extra night now as the apartments were lovely and there looked to be plenty to do in the area. Only issue is that reception closes at 5pm - not unusual for apartment reception in Australia. As a result I had to phone to get access - and for overseas visitors this can be expensive. It would be useful to have a WhatsApp contact number if you do need to speak to someone."

"This accomodation was very convenient for travellers being on the main highway and walking distance to shops and restaurants. I was surprised that it actually wasn’t very noisy given the proximity to the highway. I appreciated that I was able to check in after 5 and the 11am checkout was nice too. "A last minute decision to overnight at Coffs Harbour saw us randomly pick this motel. A good pick as it turned out. Greeted by a friendly Venus was a taste of things to come. Comfortable room and bed close to bowls club for a meal. We will stay there again. "

"We didn’t like first opening of the door, there was an animal smell and the bed hadn’t been made, a word to the office & we went visiting my son, while staff cleaned & prepared the cabin for us, all was good and our stay was great. The deck needs a waterproof roof as the rain was nonstop leaving the deck dangerous & slippery."
