"Cozy little cabin. It was chilly & raining during our trip, so we were bummed we didn’t get to kayak or use the firepit, but the cabin had propane heat that kept us nice and warm. The bed was comfortable, and hosts supplied everything you would need. Great location a short drive from everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend! "

"This property was beautiful, located just a stone throw from the lakes edge. The owners were extremely friendly, the type of friendly you can only find in a small town. They gave excellent recommendations, we ate at both the Scale House and Babes Burgers during our visit. We enjoyed smores and coffee by the fire pit. All we could hear was the hundreds of birds, perfect place to get away. I feel like the photos on the listing dont capture the charm of the cabin so i took some myself. Thanks again...

"The Graoe Escape was exactly what we were looking for. It is camping without the tent! The view was wonderful, woke up and went to sleep with sounds of nature. Even in the rain it was a perfect getaway. Dave was quick to respond when we had a question and went above and beyond for our stay! Would recommend and stay again. "

"Check in was so simple and the homeowner, Karl, was very responsive. My family and I really enjoyed our time in this very cute and cozy home. We didn't use the deck area or the grill because of the rain but we wanted to. I would recommend this home to any family who plans to visit the area! "My husband and I stayed at the cabin for a couple of nights as I had a booth at the Keuka Arts Festival nearby. It was the perfect place to relax after long busy days at the festival. We loved how peaceful and cosy it was, how clean everything was, and how clear all the directions on what to expect were. There were no surprises. We would definitely stay here again in the future."

"We originally booked two nights and then decided to extend our stay. Partly because of the weather but also just because we were enjoying it so much! Very cozy and clean. Close to fun things to but you also feel like you’re nice and secluded and have privacy. Beautiful cabin!"

"The cottage was in a good location to get to things around Keuka and Seneca lakes. Having access to the water was a great plus. The host gave very good directions for how to find the driveway to the cottage and the best road to take to get to it as it was a bit hidden and Google maps always directed to go on a different road. We also enjoyed the lack of TV/electronics as it was a good way to enjoy the scenery and unplug for the weekend. We did have to bring our own linens and towels which would...

"This is a comfortable place to stay near Penn Yan. The place is decorated so well that even the grandchildren commented on how beautiful it was. The cabin is off a dirt road that has amazing views of the valley. Thank you for letting us stay at your cabin. "

"Amazing house with all the necessities and rooms we needed to celebrate a girls weekend and turning 60! We lived on the covered outdoor patio (a huge plus) when we weren't touring all the local wineries. Not enough days to do everything we wanted, but the location was perfect! The region is stunning and we are already planning a trip back! Thanks for offering your beautiful home!"
