Some investment into freshening up the look of the property could prove helpful for return visits. Other than those items the room was clean, the bedsheets were ready but not pressed well which was functional but not pleasing upon entry. Overall, the big seller was the location was reasonably close to downtown with parking on a weekend...

"Everything was clean and the hotel room was very nice and so was the pool and hot tub / spa area. The lobby had a bad smell to it everyday though - it wasn't food from the kitchen it just smelled old and dirty (but upstairs and the room smelled fine). The breakfast was so dry and the front desk was not very friendly or helpful. When I didn't have a physical credit card the guy said I needed one and I don't think I actually did, I just needed to pay a deposit for parking and using the kitchen. If...

"My mom and I had a 3 night stay at the Day's Inn and it was great. The grounds are well kept and ALL of the staff that we interacted with were great. So helpful and polite. We had a minor issue on the 1st night of the bathroom fan leaking a decent amount after a shower. Staff were incredibly helpful and assisted in us changing rooms.
