The place was brain and spacious with so many beds! It was well outfitted in the kitchen with everything we could need as well. Plus an amazing view!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay for a girls trip! The house was perfect with a beautiful view. The only negative was the mosquitoes but they supplied bug spray and screened in areas.

Would definitely stay again!

This was a great place for our girls trip. With the Storm, we were worried about our stay but the host was reassuring and made sure the place was clean before our arrival. The place was well stocked with things we might need during our stay, furniture was comfortable, and the view at sunset is out of this world. Easily accessible location for Ubers/lifts and some delivery food wise is available. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future for family vacations!

This property is in a GREAT location! It’s about half way between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. If you are going to go on a fishing trip that departs out of the Thunderbolt Marina it’s only about a 10 minute drive.Yes it’s Savannah and mosquitoes are BAD but the home does have two enclosed patios so you can still sit outside. The outdoor fire pit along with mosquito repellent help if you plan on just sitting outside.The pool was great to have. When we first arrived, the pool was a little dirty from the trees but the day after we arrived the pool cleaning service came and got the water looking great. They came by a total of two times while we were staying at the property. We left some children’s pool floaties and beach toys at the property so hopefully future guests will be able to enjoy these. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and far enough off the main highway that you really do not hear traffic at all. This property served our party of eight adults just fine. I would definitely recommend giving this property a look if you’re planning on a stay in Savannah.

Just like home

Appreciated all of the details to make it feel like home. Well appointed with everything we needed as described. Organized and labeled shelves, drawers, lights, etc. Perfect location with close proximity to groceries, Savannah, and Tybee. Beautiful views. Lots of sleeping spaces.

Great spot for a Tybee/ Savannah getaway

The property is amazing, and has everything you would need or want to getaway. The outside areas are exactly like they are shown in the pictures with an even bigger side lot than shown. It fit 8 adult men perfectly, and we never felt cramped. Great spot and easy to get to either Tybee or Savannah!

This home right on the water outside of Savannah was beautiful. It did look like it was in need of some minor touchup repairs. Nothing serious, but there was a broken glass in the cabinet. The ceiling fan on the screened in porch squeak so loud you can’t turn it on and try to have a conversation. There are many places where the paint was peeling a little bit. And I was a little puzzled by the two full bathrooms downstairs and one bedroom downstairs. And three bedrooms upstairs and only one bathroom. But we made it work. The kitchen had all of the amenities that you need. The pool was beautiful, the dock was easily accessible. It was easy to see wildlife from the backyard. And the fire pit was a definite draw. I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect Location

We were in Savannah for our daughters wedding and this house was the perfect location. The house accommodated all of our family. They especially enjoyed the dock. We were a little disappointed that there wasn't any firewood for the fire pit, the weather would have been perfect for a fire.

The perfect spot in Savannah

The property was absolutely perfect for our boys weekend. It was an easy 13 min, $20 Uber ride into downtown at night and to the golf course were clutch. During the day the pool, fire pit, grill, sunsets on the dock, and just all of the amenities that the house came with were so useful and really made the weekend so enjoyable for our group. We were all raving about how perfect this rental was. We would absolutely stay here again next time!

front poarch need to have a rail, currently it has a 2 1/2 foot drop off with no rail, this could be issue if someone falls because of the drop and no rail.

Lots of room

This would have been a perfect experience with the exception that the rain made the house musty and there was water coming in, especially in one bedroom. I realize the rain was excessive for this time of year, but the property really needs dehumidifiers. However, on the bright side it was great to walk in and have coffee and snacks and everyday needs available. I have been to rentals that didn't even have paper towels! So this is a great property if you're only staying a few days and don't want to make your first trip to the store.

A little dated

The location is good close to Downtown Savannah and Tybee. The house was very clean but the interior is very dated!! Starting with the fake faded plants at the front door. A lot of gold fixtures throughout the house. The dinning room table had an odd cover on it that wasn’t stable. The beds were comfortable but You can hear everything above you in the master bedroom. The master shower is extremely small you can’t wash your feet without bumping your head. The upstairs bathroom was unusable you couldn’t regulate the water. It was either too hot or too cold. We ended up leaving a day early

Great Girls Get Away

Chatham County was perfect for our girls weekend! The house has a great open concept for congregating in the living room, dining room and kitchen to cook, visit, play games and watch movies. Lots of room to sleep and having 3 full bathrooms was a huge bonus with so many girls getting ready. The backyard is perfect for lounging and the views and sunsets were beautiful. When the bugs got bad the screened in porch was wonderful. The owners have thought of pretty much everything and have lots of small amenities on hand. It's also very close to anything you might need (groceries, restaurants, etc.). In addition it's not far from downtown Savannah or Tybee Island (15 minutes each), so it's a perfect mid point for a little of everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Girls Getaway!

This house was absolutely PERFECT for our girls weekend. The open concept allowed for all 9 of us to constantly be together but not feel too cooped up. The three showers were incredibly helpful to fit all of our needs. The pool and backyard allowed for a space for us to getaway from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but still enjoy beautiful Savannah. The screened porch was a great place to sit to enjoy the sunset and be protected from the bugs! The house is definitely old with a musty smell that we got used to. I feel like some of the renovations that were done were just bandaids for now, and I am hoping this house will continue to be updated and improved in the future. I would love to come back!

Loved our stay!!

Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable stay between Tybee and downtown Savannah. House and property were beautiful. We loved relaxing in the pool and watching the sunset over the river (just make sure you have lots of bug spray). Host was responsive to all questions.

This home was perfect for our family!

Such a great place to enjoy time with family of all ages. Three generations of our family spent 4 days together and all had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room inside and outside for all 10 of us. We found everything we needed, and more, to prepare meals and keep everyone entertained. We enjoyed the fire pit at night and fishing during the day (too cool for the pool). The only downside to the entire stay were the biting gnats at low tide during the day. So close to downtown Savannah, Oakland Island Wildlife Center, shopping areas and restaurants. We highly recommend this home and we hope to return again some day!

Very happy. Only one disappointment.

The home was very nice and clean. Owner/manager was easy to deal with and went above and out of his way to accommodate us. My only disappointment was the depth of the water because I wanted to fish. Is is shallow at high tide and non existent at low. That being said in their details on the website they clearly say that. I would definitely recommend.
