  • Gorgeous upstairs apartment in a historic building on Hall Street which is one of the prettiest in Savannah's Historic District. You will be one block away from the downtown grocery store and on the same block with a beautiful locally owned bakery coffee shop. Just 3 blocks from Forsyth Park and 1 mile from the River, this is the ideal location for those who want a little less chaos with parking on arrival but all the best of scenery and the amazing walking lifestyle that makes Savannah world famous.

    Two bedrooms each with a King size bed. Pullout sofa in the Living Room. One full bathroom plus one half bathroom both off the hallway. Two private balconies. Free public street parking.

    Capacity is 4 adults but we sleep two extras under 18.

    We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway.
    What to expect when booking: Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. Easy parking out front. Nice accommodations. Everything was clean and updated but the historic appeal has been nicely preserved. We ended up driving most places but there is a grocery within walking distance. In-unit laundry was a plus.

Beautiful property with plenty of space. On-street parking readily available at all times. Great location to be within walking distance of anything you want to see while far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location and great place overall. We had everything we needed. Parking was easy! Steps away from the grocery store and an easy walk to Forsyth Park.

The apartment was very clean & well organized. The area was safe. The parking was not a problem at all. Shops were within walking distance,although we didn't walk any where. Only 1 recommendations: if you have bad knees or use ambulatory aids( walkers or canes), this apartment is not for you. The stairs are a definite workout. It's great that everything is located upstairs. Once you're up, you only need to come back down when leaving the apartment. I 100% recommend this place.

This upstairs apartment is great. It's spacious, well-stocked, and comfortably furnished. The location is excellent, too. It's easy to walk everywhere. I would definitely stay again.

Great location and house!

We had a fantastic time staying here. Easy walking distance to the park, shops and the riverfront, clean and easy check in and out, exactly as advertised. The coffee shop next door with amazing drinks and food was an added bonus! Thanks for a great time!

I have to make a big shout out to Mary. I made a mistake on our booking and she was more than accommodating. The place is gorgeous and clean!! When coming back to Savannah I’m staying here longer than one night!
