Amazing 6BR/5BA Historic Mansion overlooking Troup Square sits overtop of Savannah's newest Deli - Urban Deli!. Sleeps 12 in total! On-street non-metered parking available on Harris Street.

Unique opportunity to stay downtown in three separate properties with separate entrances all on one location off Troupe Square.

Close to EVERYTHING in the heart of downtown Savannah! We are within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, unique stores, trolley tours, Forsyth Park, River Street, City Market, Broughton Street, SCAD, and Savannah’s iconic Jones Street!
Guests love staying here because they have the privacy with three separate units but being able to stay all at one location!

All pets must be preapproved before booking. We do not allow cats/other animals.
*Dogs are WELCOME! However, you must indicate the size, breed, and age in your booking ahead of time, so please do not instantly book if you intend to bring a dog (Pitbull or Bully Breeds, Cane Corso, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Dobermann or Any other aggressive breed are not allowed). A pet fee of $100 will be required per pet (2 pets max) and must be paid prior to check-in.

Please note that on the 7th day of your booking, you have the option to pay for a second cleaning to have fresh linens on the bed and new towels. However, starting from the 8th day, it's mandatory to have the cleaning service and fee.

Enjoy complimentary rides downtown from 5 PM to 5 AM with the Downtowner app, a complimentary service for downtown residents. Please note that wait times may vary, as this is a free service. If you're looking for a faster ride, Uber and Lyft are paid services available as well, making your stay even more convenient and enjoyable!

Great experience!!

Hosts were great and super responsive. They we’re great with follow up and checking in before, during and after the trip. The house was very nice, spacious. Just be aware that the bottom floor rooms don’t have doors to each bedroom but that wasn’t an issue for us! the upstairs seemed way cooler temp wise compared to the downstairs but overall I’d stay here again and refer people to stay here as well!

Perfect for Bachelorette

We loved our stay at Mayor McDonaugh’s Square for my sister’s bachelorette!! Everything was clean and the property was very cutely decorated in a perfect location. Similar to other reviews, it was nice having a duplex with so many girls for the bachelorette. However, I will say to access one of the properties you have to go through an alley and only had one king bed, which we were not comfortable with all girls on the trip so we just squeezed in the two main units. I would say it would work if you had couples but I would count on one less king bed for this property if you are having an all girls trip. A part from that, I highly recommend staying here!

Group of 10 Girls for Long Weekend

Overall loved staying at the house! It was unclear from the booking that there are actually different doors / entrances to have access to each of the beds. However, it was very easy to get from one side of the house to the other (omitting the carriage house). The house was clean, comfortable and suited our needs for 10 girls having a long weekend together in Savannah. The house is in a great location (great to have the coffee shop right below). For the most part we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Would recommend and would stay again!

Gorgeous Historic Home

Jenny’s property was beautiful and just as described! The 3 separate units were perfect for our party of 11 close friends. I stayed in the open master and slept very well while close friends stayed in the hall bedroom right behind us and I had no issues with not having doors. All linens and towels along with the kitchen were clean and beautiful. Friends enjoyed the other rooms and we cooked and ate in several meals. The only thing to note is the curtains are sheer on a few of the second floor rooms. We walked everywhere around town and parked without any issues on the street for free. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks Jenny!

Large Space Great for Big Group

We had a great time on our Savannah trip for a joint birthday celebration of me and one of my friends. The three separate units were big enough to accommodate all of us and the communal spaces were also well sized.

Bachelorette Party Perfection!

I stayed here with some of my closest girls for my bachelorette party and we had an amazing time at Jenny’s property! When we booked the property, we were unaware that it is 3 separate units; they are all very close together, though, so we had no issues with it, just weren’t expecting the separation! We did have an issue with one of the bedroom sheets having a few stray hairs, but Jenny and her team were highly responsive and quickly stopped by to bring my friend some clean ones! I would thoroughly recommend staying here, there’s even a wonderful cafe downstairs and about an easy 20 minute walk to the historic district.

Bachelorette Party Stay

This property worked out perfect for our bachelorette party of 11. The kitchen and living space was large and open for us to gather as a group and we also liked how there were basically three properties in one to allow for some privacy. Great location as well!

60th Birthday St Patty’s Day Bash

Don’t have enough great things to say about our visit and the accommodations. For our group of 6 couples it could not have been better. The only complaint and I don’t know how the owner overcomes it-there is a street light that makes upstairs bedrooms almost seem like in daylight. Beautiful home, fantastic location-we tried not to bother Jenny, but she responded promptly to our questions. Absolutely recommend this beautiful location!

Amazing location, perfect for groups!

We came here for a friends bachelorette and loved our stay! Right in the middle of the city with plenty of sights nearby. We were able to walk most places and took Ubers to spots nearby. The only thing to note is one of the houses didn’t have actual bedrooms. Wasn’t familiar with this style so was a little thrown off however it was perfect for a group of girls. Would recommend for bach trips/friend trips!
