This apartment is a finished attic space on the 3rd floor in a beautifully restored 1890 home. This unique space is like nothing you've ever stayed in before. It's ideal for small friend groups, couples, or small families. With a 94/100 walk score, this fun and bold space is conveniently located 2 blocks from the heart of the Starland District, offering trendy local fare and shopping. The home is also surrounded by ample free street parking.

This is a 3rd-floor apartment! So yes, stairs! The space is open-concept you can see the living room, dining area, kitchen, and bedroom all from one spot. There is one queen-sized bed with a Casper mattress, and a pull-out sleeper sofa (about full size, 42" x 71"). The sleeper sofa would be comfortable for 1 adult, or 2 smaller children.

Such a cute spot!

We absolutely loved this spot and location. Such a cute vibe. Our only complaint is that we had to share the bed in the end. The yellow pull out was so hard. May we suggest a pillow top to go on top. We both traded off sleeping on it one night before we gave up and shared the main bed. since we didn't sleep well on yellow pull out. Would consider staying here again if the 2nd bed had a softer option. Will be bqck again in September and October. Please let me know if a solution comes up, because everything else we LOVED!

Cute place!

This property is adorable, and was a perfect getaway place for my friend and me. Decor is quirky and fun. Sound carries in the older building as well, but if all tenants are aware and reasonable with expectations, it works out. Go to Common Thread for dinner if you stay here@

When I was researching VRBO in Savannah. Saw the pic and it looked cool. 48 steps to the attic. Just adorable inside. We ducked a few times due to roof lines. Was cozy and we could walk to.some of our destinations. I knew about steps to attic forget.to twll my hubby. Good exercise. Thank you

Cute & Clean!

This attic apartment was the perfect place for me and my two friends during our stay! The location was a bit further than we expected from downtown, but we were still able to walk no problem. There was also plenty of street parking available for our rented car. I would definitely recommend this place for small families or girls’ trips!

There was a small issue with check in, but the owner was so sweet about it! The groovy attic was spacious! I only stayed for one night but after getting in the space I would have loved to stay for longer! It was a cool place to stay! My whole family loved it!

Girl’s Trip!

We loved our stay at the attic. Fun decor, everything we could have possibly needed, and super close to all the fun in Savannah. Mom and 13 year old daughter traveling for a girl’s trip and we felt very safe… loved the later checkout and no clean up upon leaving. So happy we had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home! My husband and I had the pleasure of staying one night in the enchanting attic! The layout and character of the place were simply captivating. Communication with the host was effortless, and her responsiveness was commendable. The apartment is very clean, inviting, and comfortable. The location is perfect for a quieter weekend - not too close to all the noise and tourists, but an easy walk to Forsyth Park and several good restaurants and coffee shops.

So cute!!

It was so cute and perfect!! We had 4 girls for a 30th birthday party and it was exactly what we needed. We had the best trip and this VRBO was one of the main reasons. Layout was so cute, design was perfection. Lauren left kcups for coffee every morning. We were very happy. Don’t let the “attic” fool you. There are 2 separate apartments downstairs and it does not seem like an “attic” at all. It is its own separate apartment. Thank you Lauren!!! We felt bad coming in loud one evening and the downstairs neighbor poked her head out and just said “looks like you girls had fun!” And was very sweet. Highly recommend!
