  • Ground level apartment in a grand historic home on famous Gaston Street. Right at the top of Forsyth Park. Gated front courtyard perfect for cocktails.

    This garden apartment is 1300 square feet! It has a private kitchen, large living room with pullout sofa, and a bedroom with new King size bed and a wicker daybed.



    Parking is on-street and spots are easy to find at this location. Meters are free nights and weekends in this part of Downtown. Meters must be paid during the day on weekdays and can be paid via Park Savannah app or with a 'Visitors Parking Day Pass' available to cover all day/night parking for travelers. Check with the City of Savannah Parking Services for pricing on the Day Pass. This can be purchased from the Visitors Center on MLK, the Parking Services office on Bryan.

    Within one block there is non-metered parking for those who prefer not to buy the pass. Shared laundry is available for your convenience right outside your back door in the owner's utility room.

Overall good I would stay again, I would not stay if my wife has to wash dishes the day we leave I believe paying the amount I paid plus cleaning fees my wife would not have to wash dishes the day we travel

This is a cute, eclectic, charming place. It is in a very convenient location that is walkable distance to most things/dining in the historic district. My only negative comment would be the old, musty smell when first entering, but I guess that’s to be expected for such an old building.

Great location right next to Forsyth Park and within walking distance to all the shops. Parking was very easy; there are spots right out front with cheap meters. Bed was comfy, and the place was mostly clean.

This is a windowless basement apt with stained furniture falling apart and inadequate lighting. No on-site parking. Parking was metered and was basically a hassle. Appliances were hit and miss. Requested to use coasters but none were furnished. TV remote had batteries that ran out. Final clean up had to be done by us yet we were charged a cleaning fee. Dining room had a card table and 3 uncomfortable folding chairs. Ample closet space but no hangers furnished. The bed was comfortable. Would never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone else. THIS IS NOT A GARDEN APT.

The atmosphere was not welcoming. The furniture was in poor condition and not comfortable. The kitchen was not stacked with usable items to make anything a coffee and possibly reheat in the microwave. The location is fabulous and Savannah is always great.
