The Space:
Welcome to your historic retreat! Nestled on the first floor of this grand Alfred S Eichberg home, you'll ascend just five steps to your private entrance, where a world of charm and comfort awaits. Step inside to find yourself among one of the beautiful historic homes of Savannah.
The journey begins in the inviting dining area, filled with natural light streaming through large bay windows, casting a warm glow upon terracotta tile floors, rustic board, and batten walls. A dining table set for four awaits, promising memorable meals and lively conversations.
Venture further into the spacious living room through a large cased opening, where high ceilings, classical décor, and original hardwood floors call you to unwind and relax. Sink into the plush oversized sofa or cozy reading chair, indulge in entertainment on the smart TV, or simply enjoy the setting.
Adjacent lies your fully appointed galley kitchen, adorned with exposed brick, where culinary adventures await. Equipped with a full appliance package, cookware, and dishware, it invites you to unleash your inner chef and create delicious meals at your leisure.
Discover tranquility in the primary suite, where a sumptuous king bed adorned with crisp linens awaits. Bathed in sunlight from large bay windows, adorned with an original brick fireplace, and furnished with ample storage and entertainment options, it promises nights of blissful repose.

Guest Access:
The entire suite is for your use. You have your own private entrance off the side of the building. Please be courteous of your neighbors in the building, there are several full-time residents so please respect quiet hours (10PM - 8AM).

The Neighborhood:
Just one block east of Forsyth Park, you will be in the heart of historic Savannah and centrally located to all the incredible eats, drinks, and sights Savannah has to offer. Stroll into Forsyth Park from your door to enjoy Savannah’s beautiful mornings. Grab breakfast at Collins Quarter at Forsyth, which has indoor and outdoor seating.
Looking for a sandwich and a pint? Stroll on down to the Black Rabbit, a small yet incredible sandwich shop by day, and pub by night. Need a taco fix? Try out Bull Street Tacos for scratch-made Mexican dishes.
Looking for fine dining and a great vibe? Head on over to Local 11 Ten and their chic rooftop bar and lounge known as The Perch. Enjoy handcrafted cocktails and delicious dishes. The Perch is open year-round and features gas heaters for cooler winter days.
Take an adventure outside of the neighborhood by visiting one of Savannah’s many museums. Getting Around:
Are you driving into town? This area has free on-street parking. Be mindful of signs, as parking does rotate for street cleaning.
Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber/Lyft service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Abercorn and Bolton NB just a 2-minute walk from the home. This free DOT trolley circulates downtown and provides ample stops at all the major attractions.

Absolutely no pets and NO parties!
Be courteous of your neighbors in the building, there are several full-time residents so please respect quiet hours (10PM - 8AM).
Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property.
No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property.
Do not smoke on the property or near the home. Clean up all smoke butts.
Must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol.
Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately.
Treat the apartment with respect, as if it were your own property.
