Nestled in a paradisiacal setting with soft white sands, crystal clear waters and exotic landscaping, Villa CasKai offers VIP guests and family groups the beauty, spaciousness and amenities of a super premium beach property, price-wise and life-wise. Good times begin just by looking at its photo gallery. FYI: Small parties of 6 or less are more than welcome.

Staying at Villa Caskai will be a holistic experience for both kids and grown-ups: stretching, yoga or outdoor cardio; breakfasts on the large pergola or on the terraces close to the sea; barbecuing or cooking delicious fresh seafood in the outdoor kitchen; pleasant conversations over a glass of champagne on the beach or pool deck, tanning, reading and relaxing in the villa’s exclusive white sandy areas; evenings and nights of board games, good music or Netflix, indoors or outdoors; videoconferencing in the Den Room Work Stations, overlooking the sea… and much more, all with the kindness and support of our dear

You will also have access to our Optional Menu of Services , subject to availability, certain rules, and at your own risk, from kayaking, paddle boarding and bike rides, to hiring a chef or a chauffeur to drive you around the island. You may also book extra cleaning services or have someone do your grocery shopping.

Amazing stay in Savaneta

The house is perfect for our 3 generation family. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (plus 2 more!), the closets/dressing areas make unpacking easy, the amenities are all there and the location/views are super. The property manager Lisbeth is just delightful. The common areas are so comfortable for families - especially the pool/patio area. I’d choose it again and again!

Private Paradise

Villa Caskai is beyond awesome and such a relaxing visit. Private beach, pool, hot tub are all so wonderful, house is clean, well stocked, and has a fun designer vibe. You can not beat the views! Host communication is great. Housekeeping was there at check-in to provide tour and ensure we had all needed, even with welcoming mimosas. Carlos, the caretaker who resides on villa property, is so amazing. He takes care of pool and hoses off deck each morning, has fresh towels for you, rakes the beach, turns on the hot tub, handles trash, and even ran errands for us for milk, beer, bottled water and ice. Brought out snorkel gear for kids and volleyball. Felt very safe. It really helped that we had someone in our group that spoke fluent Spanish and could communicate with him. Our group absolutely agrees we would stay at Villa Caskai again when visiting Aruba. We recommend great local restaurants Zeerovers and Flying Fishbone, and if you are grocery shopping I do recommend early online delivery planning or stopping by a larger grocery store closer to airport prior to heading to house as the locations nearby are limited in familiar products.

60th Birthday Celebration

We came to celebrate a 60th Birthday with family and the home was more than what we expected. Loved the views, layout of the home and very clean. Carlos who is the care taker checked in with us daily to if we needed anything and also he made sure the pool area was always clean. Will definitely be back again and highly recommended to visit.

Private Getaway in Paradise

We visited this property for one week in Jan. 2024 with 8 adults and 3 children 2 years and under, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is amazing, as the pictures on VRBO show. It has its' own private pool, hot tub, and private beach. Plenty of pool and beach chairs, and clean beach towels provided daily. Bath towels and paper supplies were provided and were refreshed when housekeeping came every other day. The kitchen was well equipped and outdoor grill was provided along with outdoor dining table as well as indoors. We especially enjoyed the hospitality provided by Carlos, the onsite property caretaker. He checked on us throughout the day to assure that we had everything we needed. Joaquin, the Host, provided courtesy transportation to and from the airport by Island Rides. We also rented a van from Island Rides which was delivered to the villa and picked up at the end of the week. We hired Chef Vincent Pellegrini for 2 dinners and 1 brunch. He and his crew did a great job. I should note that this villa is located on the southeast end of the island away from all of the resorts and busy areas. This is what we wanted and enjoyed, but if you are looking for crowded beaches, honky tonks, and lots of dining options they are on the northeast end of the island about a 25 minute drive with lots of traffic and roundabouts. Nearby dining was The Flying Fishbone, Zeerover's and LaGranja.

It's difficult to under-promise and over deliver on "prestige" accommodation but that's exactly what the property and associated team did. Everybody went out of their way to make our stay better than we could have hoped. Carlos, in particular, was tremendous. Thank you all.

Outstanding

Property was exactly as described; perfect spot for family vacation. Everything you could want is available on site. Carlos the caretaker was wonderful, as were housekeeping staff led by Lis. We used a private chef as well, chef Vincent, and had better meals than we did dining out at restaurants. Location is peaceful and quiet…if you are looking for the bar scene, this isn’t it. But if you want a lovely, calm and rejuvenating experience then we highly recommend.

From the moment we set foot on this VRBO property in Aruba, we knew we were in for an exceptional experience. Our entire family simply loved enjoying this amazing property. So serene. So relaxing. For the kids, the ability to relax inside, outdoors in the shade, in the pool or on the beach! Spectacular views and landscape

Pros for our family of 10: Private, quiet, secure, beautifully decorated, great WiFi, and clean. Fabulous pool and sand beach. Appreciated the paddle boards and balls and bikes and outdoor lounge furniture. Carlos was always helpful as he lives on the property. The owner was helpful in recommending: Island Rides rental cars which made transportation seamless; Chef Vincent who provided an outstanding meal for us and his cost was more reasonable as there were enough leftovers for 2 lunches. I would recommend making restaurant reservations for large groups at least 3 weeks ahead of your visit during the busy season. We were not able to get into several of our choices. We wish: the hot tub would have been working as we had sore muscles from lots of fun exercise. We wish we spoke Spanish to communicate with Carlos and Lisbeth. We wish the entertainment/game room that they are adding was completed as there is only one large TV conversation area inside the house. The kids, ages 9 to 13, needed a separate space for the evenings. This is definitely a 5-star, one-of-a-kind property with 5-star service. Enjoy!

Majestic

This property is phenomenal. It's location right on the beach with its own pool was perfect for us. It was very tranquil, away from the hustle bustle of the high rise district, but just a short drive for wonderful dinners. The villa itself is wonderfully laid out and designed - with views from almost every room. (The pictures in the listing - as nice as they are - can't capture the actual beauty of the property). We stayed with 2 other couples and had a wonderful time. Joaquin, the owner, was very responsive and accommodating. Lis the property manager and concierge was amazing. She went above and beyond - helping us schedule a chef's dinner, chef's brunch, and spa services at the villa. Carlos, who lives on site, was wonderful and alway there to lend a hand. The decks were freshly mopped and the beach was raked every morning. I really can't say enough good things about what Joaquin has built here - it is truly a top notch property with a wonderful team. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Beautiful house & property

I rented this house for my 45th and had 7 people. Was easy to find, on the beach, huge pool, and a large house. The cleaning staff were good and the on-site staff was excellent! There is a public beach next door and we quickly found out that the water and part of beach in front of house is public, and had some people and kids swimming in the lagoon area…. Not ideal but nothing you can do. The house has a BBQ outside and a float and paddle boards and kayak. It also has an outdoor speaker and tv which was cool. Great communication with property manager. The first floor is kitchen and the primary bedroom, and another bedroom with a smaller bed with what seemed to be a full size bed -that room also has a backroom with a massage table and had no view. Upstairs was the second primary with 2 beds, another room with 2 beds and then the office with pullout couch. Was very hard. Needs a mattress pad. Upstairs has a large deck with really nice patio furniture. House was super clean and the outside space was awesome! The house had coffee for us, but nothing else. We brought our own spices, sugar, olive oil etc to cook. The house is like 10 minutes to the airport and 25 minutes to resort area. All in all was a wonderful stay and really loved it there. Thanks again to Carlos who took great care of us!!

La villa où tout est possible… Un petit coin de paradis qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes et plus encore! Avec Carlos, le majordome , qui est prêt à nous faciliter la vie en tout temps (commissions, ménage, lifts, etc.) et Liza qui nous a organisé toutes les activités que l’on voulait ( souper, massage sur la plage, photographe, etc.) nous avons passé des vacances de rêve! C’est avec le cœur gros que nous avons quitté cet endroit magique pour retourner à la vraie vie… 7 jours, ce n’était pas assez! Nous y retournons 10 jours l’an prochain! Un voyage que nous recommandons à tous ceux qui peuvent se le permettre! Service, accueil et lieux impeccables!!!

Luxurious home directly on the beach!

All I can say is wow! Our family had an amazing week staying in this beautiful and immaculate home on the beach! You can watch the waves of the sea while you are in the pool! Everything about the home and property were exactly as shown in pictures and described! Joaquin, the owner, was very responsive from before we booked our stay and even checked on us after we went home. He set up transportation to and from the airport, for both of our groups who arrived at different times. We wanted a rental car, so Joaquin set that up and the car was delivered to the home just as we arrived. Once we arrived to the house (Joaquin provided me the information to order groceries to have delivered the day before our arrival), we met Carlos and Liz! They are part of the team that takes care of everything in Aruba. Carlos is nice and very helpful! He lives in an apartment on the property. He takes care of the grounds outside, raking the beach, cleaning the pool, cleaning the pool deck, taking out the trash and bringing us bags of ice each day, to name a few things. Liz was there when we arrived and she is just as nice and wonderful. She showed us around the house, she would have a team come to the house, every other day, to bring fresh towels and beach towels, make beds and clean. She also set up a dinner at the house with the #1 chef in Aruba. He brought his team, all of the food to prepare and prepared a 4 course meal. She set up excursions, massages that were done at the house outside and when we could not find car seats, she found what we needed! We had 9 people at the house and the first time we wanted to go out to eat, we had my husband make 2 trips to get our 9 people at the restaurant. Carlos must have seen my husband driving back and forth and the next day, he gave him keys to another SUV, for us to “borrow” when we went out as a group of 9! It was incredible how Carlos helped us out, when we didn’t even ask! There were so many other details that made our stay amazing! The kitchen has more items to use, than I have in my own home. They had paper towels, napkins and toilet paper and dishwasher detergent, also. They even have those nice hangers in every room and plenty of drawers to unpack all of your things. Each bathroom had a package with body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets! If you are looking at this home to rent, just do it! I promise you won’t regret your decision!
