"Comfortable, very clean room with a firm bed and great water pressure in the bathroom. There is no mini fridge, but instead a beverage type cooler with a note advising that the cooler should be used only for short term chilling, not intended to be used as a refrigerator. I wasn’t happy about that, ..."

"The man at the check in desk he’s a black man bald head I mean no disrespect lol he was absolutely PERFECT ! So nice so helpful! It was my first solo trip and it made me feel safe and just all around great customer service! I will be back and I hope he’s around !"
