"Clean room, Shoddy plastered section in the ceiling was unfinished(had not been sanded down smooth) and not painted. The staff misunderstood my accomedations and I had to pay way more than my confirmed reservation."

"While the hotel was nice in general the staff came off incredibly rude and in no way showed hospitality. We had breakfast vouchers for two of our nights but somehow the restaurant/front desk didn’t communicate this and we got charged when I brought it up they tried to tell me I was a liar.
