"Parking was easy and secure, and parked right in front of the door to the room I was in. I only give four stars for cleanliness. I don’t know if there were any ice machines or vending. They never mentioned any of those things and I didn’t even look for them. I don’t think there were any plastic cups in the room, but I’m not 100% sure. I brought my own bottled water. I think there should’ve been more towels, but I made due. Overall I give it a thumbs up, and the price was decent."

"Charming and comfortable suite. This is an old building, stairs and floors are well out of square and weathered. All things we needed were provided and clean!! Rare and treasured. Restaurant under construction 11/2025. No fuss, easy communication via text."

"The front desk person was very helpful. She changed our room and was empathetic that it was not clean. The air conditioner was super loud, there were crumbs on the counters. The floor was sticky. And it had a general creepy feel about it. I will not stay at red roof ends again"

"Kind and helpful staff. We asked to be moved from a ground floor room to a higher level floor (at 10pm) and the staff member did whatever he could to make this happen. It is a small and cute hotel, very close (5 minutes) from Colgate University. "

Breakfast was delicious in a beautiful room. This is the opposite of having to bag your own groceries. You will love it.
