A lovely space and the fireplace is much appreciated here in the non-beach months. Instructions on check-in were clear. This is great in terms of location, easily accessible to downtown. A fine spot to hunker down in for a few days and explore amidst the snow--although the timing certainly made all the "Life is good at the lake" decor much funnier!

The apartment was very spacious!!!!! Looks a lot smaller in the pictures but there’s so much room to enjoy. In the perfect location of town, just far enough from DT to avoid all of the noise, but can still walk to all the shops and bars. Would love to stay here again in the future.

The property is beautiful and very walkable. Nice big parking spaces. The layout was a little strange having to walk through the bathroom to get to the master bathroom - but that’s not something that could be helped. Just requires communication with those you’re staying with! The home was well-equipped and super cute. It was decorated for Halloween (we stayed in October), and there was even a little bowl of candy out. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was immaculate, roomy and very well appointed. It was easy to locate and in walking distance to restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside is that it’s set close to a busy road, where we could hear the traffic noise. But honestly, we didn’t notice it after 10:00 pm.

Loved the location, walkable to down town. Check in was super easy. House is stocked with anything you could need for a perfect vacation in a beach town. (Coolers, beach bag, extra towels) we didn’t use but appreciated the availability.

Lovely stay

This rental was spacious, clean, and had many windows that let in natural light. The bedroom had plenty of closet space and dresser storage. The king size bed was comfortable. It was hot in Saugatuck during our stay but the ceiling fans and AC kept us cool. We found the walk to downtown to be easy and appreciated having off street parking-as finding street parking can be difficult.You do have to walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom. For two people this was not a problem. It was a little trickier when our daughter and her husband spent a night. They reported the sofa bed to be comfortable with the extra mattress topper provided. I plan to return to next summer as we had a lovely stay in Saugatuck.

Beyond happy

Our stay at the Blue Heron far exceeded our expectations! We found it to be cleaner, more organized, better supplied and maintained than we have ever vacationed. The owners attention to detail did not go unnoticed as my husband and I enjoyed this cute, quiet condo. Saugatuck provided lots of fun, good food, and shopping. Loved it!

Very clean townhouse with a well-stocked kitchen. Owner was very prompt with communication. Was not within easy walking distance to Oval Beach as listing suggested, but it is an easy drive.

Great space!

Cute little apartment with a great location. Within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Fabulous kitchen if you want to cook. It was perfect for the 3 of us. Has 2 nice beach chairs and a beach bag if you need them.

Close to town

The apartment was very clean and tidy when we arrived. We loved how close the location was to the center of town. An easy walk, so we didn't have to worry about parking during a busy holiday weekend. Would highly recommend this listing.

Great for 2 people but not for 4

Very clean property and proximity to downtown is convenient. Impressed with all the amenities that are available and did play one of the games. The pull-out couch mattress is VERY uncomfortable and maybe a form egg-crate topper would help or bring your own if you have 4 people staying. For the price point I would have expected more in that department.

Great Property and Location

Great location. You can walk downtown to area restaurants and shops. The place is very clean and has a lot of space. I would stay there again. The only nuance is the layout. You have to walk through the bathroom to the bedroom. If someone is using the bathroom, they have to tell the person in the bedroom not to go into the bathroom since that door only locks from the bedroom.
