A hidden gem located just up the hill from downtown Saugatuck. Plenty of living space on all three levels including a first floor master suite, 4-season room, loft space, and newly renovated basement.
Use the fully stocked kitchen to prepare gourmet meals or choose from the two outdoor gas grills for a poolside BBQ. Lounge in the private/heated in-ground pool or the hot tub, while being secluded from the world by the surrounding towering trees. The convenient pool house comes with a kitchenette and full bathroom so you never have to leave poolside! The pool also features an automated cover for added safety.
Visit local parks for picnics and serene walks, check out the river, or take a 10 minute drive to world-famous Oval Beach!
Multiple ski resorts within a 2-hour drive allow you to enjoy a day on the slopes and come home for après-ski in the hot tub.
The home is one block from downtown where you can indulge in the best restaurants, shops, and entertainment options in the area, before coming back for a nightcap in the serene and cozy all seasons room.

AMAZING Stay!!

We cannot recommend this spot more. The house was huge with tons of amenities and was more than enough space for all of us. When they say you’re steps from downtown you truly are a less than 5 minute walk from all the bars and restaurants. The pool was so much fun and they were so quick to respond and help us with anything we needed. We truly cannot get over how great this stay was for us, we’ll absolutely be back!

** BEWARE IF STAYING DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS** There is NO AC is the basement! They do not list this on the listing. Two rooms are downstairs, one with a king bed and the other has the bunkbeds. Pool is nice and good location in town.

I really can’t say enough good things about this property. Very clean, stocked, and plenty of space for the eight of us. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and loved the location. We were a two minute walk to the middle of all the shops and restaurants.

Beautiful House—Ideally Located

There were 8 adults and two very small children (18 months and 1 month) in this house and the house was able to accommodate us very well. You’re within walking distance of downtown Saugatuck. Nice pool and hot tub. We loved the outdoor spaces. The owner was super responsive. We’d like to come back to this property later on.

May Stay

Had a great stay! baby gates were provided which was very helpful. Issue with the A/C but communication from the host was quick. Steep stairs so be careful. Tons of space for our different family members to spread out. Hot tub and pool were a big hit. The house has everything you might need. Perfect location to walk downtown!!

Excellent location. Great outdoor spaces. Pool and hot tub were a plus. Only downsides were a horrible smell of body odor in basement bed. It was unusable and the blender needs to be replaced.

Walk to Everything Saugatuck!

We had a 20th anniversary for our book club with 9 women. This house was perfect! Plenty of room to gather or just hang out by yourself. The pool and hot tub were an extra added bonus. Some of the BEST breakfast, lunch, dinner and shopping were just a few steps away. Everyone had a great time!

Location! Fun family time!

We had 6 adults and 3 children under 6. The location was perfect for walking to town, restaurants and the playground. The pool and hot tub were ideal for fun and relaxation. The main living spaces worked very well for the 3 families. Everyone had a great time.

The house was perfect for our family of 8. Plenty of space to gather both inside and out. The pool and hot tub were both very nice. Negatives were : downstairs area was not well cooled therefore hot at night. No bathroom on the second floor is really inconvenient.

Great Saugatuck House

This is a great family vacation home. We all (ages 2-70) loved the pool and hot tub as well as proximity to town with fun shops, coffee houses and restaurants. A short drive to spectacular Oval Beach we were well equipped with all the pool toys and beach towels we needed. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property with prime location!

The home is very spacious and well appointed, with 3 floors and sleeping options on all floors. The heated pool and hot tub are very well maintained, and a big bonus for us was the motorized pool cover which provided extra safety for our kids ages 1-5. The location is perfect....walkable to downtown Saugatuck (playground, shops and restaurants, and other activities). The poolhouse with fridge for beverages and full bathroom is another bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed but is a bit small (not an issue for our big group as there is plenty of dining space). The stairs are a bit steep-again not an issue for us but might be for someone with knee/hip issues. We are looking forward to staying again in the future!

Pool hot tub and house were great. Clean and super nice decor. Stocked appliances and host was great! Only thing that would make it better is to have a leaf blower to get the stuff that falls from the trees 😋 just that time of year probably though

Short and bitter-sweet.

I had a great time spent in a lovely home which was snuggled into the trees. Unfortunately, a few things happened, *but with quick resolutions from the property manager*. The pool was not heated, and unfortunately, after given instructions to fix it myself, I was unable to do so but received $250 for the inconvenience of not having the heated pool. My other concern was the number of cobwebs and spiders dangling from the light fixtures, ceiling, and, unfortunately, in the beds. A quick shake of the linen did the trick, but I would have appreciated more effort to prepare the house before our arrival. With consideration to the issues, we would still love to return again next year to enjoy the Michigan fall colors.

Everything was perfect

The entire group of nine had an absolutely wonderful vacation. Everything about the home is perfect from their wonderfully clean hot tub to all of the social rooms… We loved the multiple living rooms ! The kitchen was a perfect size and the lower level was great for movie watching. Even though the weather did not work in our favor, we were still able to enjoy the heated pool and hot tub. The hosts are great & the home is incredible

Senior girls trip

We really enjoyed our stay! There were 6 of us senior ladies. All went well with just a couple things we'd like to mention. One of the ladies fell going into the bathroom in the basement. The entrance has a raised tile and she scraped her toe up pretty bad and also fell on her knee into the bathroom. Shes really ok. Just that you might want to look into that. Also the tub near the 4 seasons room. The tub is pretty slippery. Just some thoughts for future seniors!
