Great location however the sofa bed was broke. There’s only a queen size bed which made it difficult for the three of us to sleep. I was diagnosed with breast cancer less than a year ago. The last thing I was to be around is mold. The shower is full of mold. Pictures attached.

Get trip away!

The property is a very cute apartment right in the heart of everything. So many shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Also right by the water for some beautiful views. 5 minute drive from oval beach that has an amazing sunset. Dog friendly. So considerate and even left us a treat bag for her.

This place was nice but the entrance was difficult to get in and out with the stairs and the door swung inwards. No place for the pet to relieve itself, so had to do some walking for a place to go. No parking spot but we were there off season so we got lucky.

Right in the center of town

This home is definitely in a prime location! Right in the middle of town, it is an easy walk to practically everything. You might have to walk quite a while to get to your car, as parking isn’t included and during busy times, it is impossible to find parking in the town.The house is cute but starting to show its age. Things looked clean, but mildew stains on the tile in the shower and the terrible smell of cat urine when you first walk in didn’t leave the best impression. Thankfully the cat smell didn’t continue through the whole house, just the front steps.

Perfect location and adorable space!

I stayed here with my now husband the week we got married in Saugatuck! This was an awesome location, walkable to everything, super charming decor and beautiful view from the bedroom! Everything was exactly as listed and I would definitely stay again!

It was nice, but…

The property had charm and was in a great location. However there was a loud buzzing noise coming from just outside the window. It made it hard to sleep. We tried to contact the property manager using the number provided but the message was blocked. After several attempts we just had to deal with it. I’ve never given a critical review but I would have liked to know beforehand.

Lovely and great location!

Cute upstairs rental right downtown! The bedroom was in the 3rd floor which seemed to make the place bigger. The rental was clean except for the shower, which needed a good bleach scrub and/or new tile. There were no shared walls, so neighbor noise, but there was a loud consistent mechanical droning that lasted about 20 min and repeated every half hr or so. It was especially loud upstairs by the bedroom. We had to buy ear plugs and use white noise on our phone to sleep. Overall, a pleasant stay, but the noise and some maintenance should be addressed.

Property was as advertised but there was an intermittent loud humming noise coming through the walls. It happened every 30 minutes to an hour and lasted up to 15 minutes. It was so loud we could not sleep. We left after our 1st night and called Vacasa to tell them about the problem. We have not heard back from them at this time. Disappointing!!

Great Location

This location was excellent. Walking distance of everything. The only downside was the sleeper sofa is broken. Until that is replaced, this a perfect place to stay for 2 people or bring your own air mattress for more than 2.

Perfect Location for Shopping Fun

In the heart of town, this place was perfectly located for my girlfriends and I to have a wonderful girls weekend filled with food, fun, and shopping. We thought it would be loud, but it was very quiet and private.

Great Place and Great Location!

The views from this place are better than expected and the place is much bigger than I imagined. If you're looking for a 1 bedroom rental for your vacation, this place is a must! The location is right in the middle of it all and everything is just a short walk away in town.

Terrific location, attractive property, very clean ... with caveats.

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful property right in the middle of downtown. Fresh, modern, and clean. I got great support from Avery, who came out to get the TV working for me. The things we didn't like were: 1. Only one fire exit from the premises, unless we wanted to jump down from a 3rd floor or 2nd floor window; 2. No dedicated parking space; 3. Drapes in living/dining room are nearly see-through, and there is a sleeper sofa there where neighbors could see at night; 4. The promotional literature did not mention the bedroom is on the 3rd floor from the street, which is an issue for some seniors/elderly.
