Welcome to Butler Street Retreat

Our home away from home in the heart of Saugatuck! Enjoy hassle free parking as you are within walking distance to most shops, galleries, restaurants, and attractions. We sought to equip our home to anticipate your needs during your stay. This Condo makes for a perfect for a family or friends getaway!

INSIDE THE HOME
Beautiful 3 bedroom and 3 ½ bathroom condo. The ground level features a king size bedroom with a full bath down the hall, and access to the garage. On the second level will give you the open concept feel, you will find a half bath off of the kitchen, dining area that provides seating for eight, and the living room with a sleeper sofa. Enjoy your morning coffee on either balcony, one off of the kitchen and the other off of the living room. Go up another level and you find two bedrooms with two full baths attached, the master king size bedroom and a room with two twin beds.

THE LOCATION
Located at the end of Butler Street in downtown Saugatuck. A short walk to the chain ferry. Holland is a short drive away and South Haven is a twenty minute drive.

Excellent communication and response time. The disposal didn’t work and they had a plumber there within the hour. Amazing! Answered all questions. Very comfortable beds. Great location to downtown. 2 parking spots was a plus!

My family of 5 had a great week at the Bulter Retreat! The location was absolutely perfect! We loved being so close to our favorite fishing hole, the Retro Boats and The Barge Restaurant. (Although we were within walking distance to everything in Downtown Saugatuck). The three balcony’s were great to sit for dinner, have a glass of wine and talk to passersby, and read a book. Inside, the beds were comfy, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and we loved having the extra chairs to take to the beach. We would love to stay again!

We had three couples and all enjoyed their stay very much. One caveat - two of the three bedrooms are on the 3rd floor, so if stairs are a problem, this might not be for you. There is a very nice bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. (The kitchen and living room and both front and rear balconies are on the 2nd floor.)

The townhome was in a great location- easily walkable to shopping and restaurants, and was very quiet in the evenings. The welcome box with soaps, toiletries, and extra laundry pods was so nice and useful. Super clean and comfortable for our family of 6.

Three story condo located on Butler and Spear Streets, a short walk away from restaurants, shops and the Kalamazoo River. There's another three story condo directly to the west so you won't see the river, but it's only a couple of minutes away. Fairly new condo in excellent condition. We'd stay there again.

This was a beautiful property. It was well appointed and very comfortable for 6 adults. The beds were all very comfortable, it was very clean, the kitchen had all of the necessary tools to make great meals, and there was a cabinet full of games. The TV was a smart TV with Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc all installed. The time that we spent in the property was wonderful, but I need to comment on the location. It is on Water Street with a great view of the water and Mt. Baldhead. The center of town is a very short and entertaining walk down the street. Within a 5 minute walk, you'll find great restaurants and bars, and really unique and fun shops. If you are looking for a really great place to stay in Saugatuck, this is it. Next time I go back, I'll be staying there.

We had a positive experience with Jaqua rental company. This was a last minute booking as our other rental cancelled on us THE DAY BEFORE! They were responsive immediately and our trip was salvaged!
