Wake up to the soothing sound of waves and breathtaking views of the ocean in this beautifully appointed 1 BR beachfront condo located on the 5th floor. Whether you're sipping morning coffee on the balcony, enjoying a sunset stroll along the beach, or exploring nearby dining and attractions, this sparkling clean oceanfront condo is your perfect getaway. You will love the bright and airy space with 3 large sliding glass doors that flood the apartment with natural light and ocean breezes. The entire condo has just been completely remodeled and refreshed and now has a brand new kitchen, new bathroom, new floors, new windows, and a plush new king size bed. The fully equipped kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything that you need to cook a wonderful meal. The spacious bedroom offers a plush king-sized bed, ample storage, and serene beach-inspired décor. The bathroom includes a combination tiled tub/shower, new vanity, and fresh white linens. The location is perfect too! Satellite Beach is home to beautiful, quiet, and serene beaches, while being just a few miles away from The Port with its many tiki style bars and restaurants. And you will be just down the street Cape Canaveral, lively Cocoa Beach, Historic Cocoa Village, and downtown Melbourne. If you'd like to venture a bit further, you are just a half hour away from The Kennedy Space Center, and an hour away from Disneyworld, all of the theme parks, and Orlando Airport. Shared laundry room right down the hall, and free parking for up to two cars! Please note that beach access is open, and right out your back door, however there is no pool available at this time.
There is a $20 per key fee for keys that are not returned.

Amazing stay here at the condo. Entire condo was immaculate.! All the kitchen needs were there, and brand new, furniture in great shape, quiet facility, and all around great area. Host was so easy to talk to, and always available for questions. We will definitely be staying again sometime .

Wonderful spot for a couples retreat. Unit is clean and had everything we needed. Building is older, as is the unit, but quiet and clean. Beach access from the back door. Plenty of places to dine and get groceries. We will be back!!

Thought the unit was adorable, nicely decorated. I am 78 years old and on oxygen. The listing stated there was a pool; the picture showed a pool, but there was no pool. I could not walk down to the ocean. Very disappointed.

5-8-2024 Condo was nice, great view from deck for rocket launch's. Due to on going construction there was no beach access and no swimming pool. Once the construction is complete it will be nice.

Wonderful experience

This unit was perfect for us. The owner provided all of the supplies that we needed for our stay. The unit had a nice, comfortable layout with an outside balcony (complete with its own table & chairs) which gave an amazing view of the beach & ocean since this is a beachfront building. Both the kitchen & bathroom appeared to be newly remodeled & luxurious. The owner was great to work with & made the check in process easy. We liked this place so much that we hope to stay there again! It was a fantastic week!!!

Eine Wohnung aus dem letzten Jahrtausend

Leider gibt es keinen direkten Zugang zum Meer (Baustelle wg Hurrikan). Wohnung hat alles. Ist aber technisch sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen. Pfannen, Töpfe gehören erneuert. Bett ist hervorragend.

Affordable!

Nice place-host was very kind! This is an economy stay, there is no pool or beach access at property. Best beach acess is 5 walk SOUTH- seagull park. Overall nice place- lots of construction. Can’t beat it for 100 a night.

Room had chunks of wall missing. Pool was closed! Had to walk a long way to get to beach. No beach access on property! The advertisement was very misleading. Future guesses should pass on this rental

Nice Stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The owner needs to update his photos to reflect updates he has made to his condo. The kitchen & living room are much nicer than the photos shown. This condo is directly on the beach, but the property is under construction. No beach / pool access. You’ll have to walk down the street to get to the beach. Even though there is construction going on, the condo is quite. Overall, you can’t go wrong for the price of this condo.

Great beach condo getaway for a Married Couple to reconnect

My wife and me rented the beach condo for a week. We came down for a family wedding. What a great condo for a husband and wife to reconnect with each other. Very private. We loved sitting outside on the lanai at night. You got a great view towards the north. You can watch the waves crash ashore and/or can watch the main street out front. If there is a launch at Cape Canerval you can see it perfectly. We watched a Space X Falcon 9 launch. Gentleman your wife will love this unit. Its perfect for just relaxing and reconnecting. I dont think we ever turned on either of the two monster sized flat screen TVs ...maybe once to see the weather forecast? You have 4 beach access parks within 1 mile. One is a 5-10 min walk, the other three are a 3-5 min drive or less. Cocoa Beach is a 10 min drive north. Port Canaveral seafood restaurants along the southern waterfront of the port is a 15 min drive to the north. My word of advice...Leave the kids at home. Bring your wifes favorite bottle of wine. Turn off your phone and spend a week alone. Very clean. Also very good access for wheelchair guests.
