Here you’ll find good restaurants and cafés with cozy outdoor seating. The sailing and fishing harbor—with many other dining options—the famous Sassnitz pier, and the city center itself are all just a short distance from the picturesque old town. From here, you can take relaxing walks in the Jasmund National Park or along the cliffs.
The building has a total of 11 apartments, some of which offer a view of the sea. Each apartment comes with a parking space. The parking spaces are located about 300 meters away behind City Hall in the parking lot on Schult-Kruse-Straße at the corner of Ringstraße.

Pink Apartment:
This vacation rental is located on the first floor and is decorated in light colors with pink accents.
There is a bedroom with a double bed and a closet. The living room, featuring a flat-screen TV, has a cozy couch that can be pulled out into a sofa bed upon request. Dine at the dining table or at the counter, which visually separates the open kitchen from the living area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. A large side-by-side refrigerator provides ample storage space.
The bathroom, featuring a shower and toilet, has natural light and is equipped with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror.

Blue White Apartment: This 3-room apartment, with 60 square meters of living space, accommodates up to 6 people. The vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers a magnificent view stretching from Sassnitz across the Baltic Sea to Binz, as well as a view of the old town of Sassnitz on Rügen.The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, a Senseo pod coffee maker, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and a mini stereo system. Layout: Living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Size: 60 square meters—accommodates up to 6 people. Wi-Fi is available.
