This property has 100 feet of lakeshore that is all natural with beautiful native plants and wild flowers. The hillside drops right into the water and the lake does get quite deep at the end of the dock so little ones should have supervision. The dock is 30 feet long, with an attached bench at the end. The pontoon is a 2016 20 foot Bennington, with seating for 10, and a 90 hp Yamaha motor. Message us if you'd be interested in adding the pontoon to your rental experience. The daily rate for the pontoon is $300 per day.

There are a few bars and restaurants that you can boat up and dock at during the summer months; Pioneer and Lincolnwood to name a few. If you choose to bring your own watercraft, there is ample parking for trailers and a public boat launch only 5 minutes away.

This is no small container home; we built it with friends and families in mind!

Bedroom #1 is the upstairs primary suite with a king size bed, ceiling fan and a walk in closet. This bedroom has it's own private bathroom with two sinks, private powder room and a beautiful tiled shower. We have dried eucalyptus leaves hanging in the shower to add not only beauty but a relaxing aroma. The highlight of this bedroom has to be the incredible lake views that you can even enjoy from the comfort of the cozy bed.

There is a large upper level deck with beautiful lake views that can only be accessed via the upstairs primary bedroom. The upper deck has an outdoor sectional that has seating for 12, a gas powered fire pit, and an outdoor dining table with room for 10 people. There is also a brand new propane grill on the deck with accessories. In the main level kitchen, there is a drawer with outdoor dishes and a large tote to make carrying items up to the deck easier.

Bedroom #2 is on the main level and is spacious enough to be considered another primary suite. It has a king bed, a dresser for clothing items and private on suite bathroom. The closet in this room is locked for owner's personal items. This bedroom has a sliding door with access to the backyard and lake.

Bedroom #3 on the main level has a king size bed and a closet with a desk for your home office needs. This bedroom also has a sliding door with access to the backyard and lake.

Bedroom #4 has two bunkbeds with twin size beds on the top and full size beds on the bottom. Inside the closet is a large TV and board games for kiddos of all ages.

Main level bathroom has the only bathtub in the house and has a spacious two sink vanity.

The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new 2023 LG appliances. We have dishes for both indoor and outdoor dining, as well as dishes for kiddos. All of our dishes are dishwasher and microwave safe. There is no garbage disposal so please be mindful of debris going down the sink. We have extra trash bags under the kitchen sink and the dumpster is located outside in the driveway.

Coffee maker- the most important appliance! We have a brand new Keurig K-duo single serve K-cup Pod and Carafe coffee maker. We provide complimentary K-cup selections for you to enjoy as well as fresh coffee grounds from Bear Lake Coffee and filters for that perfect cup of joe.

Surprise! Under the coffee maker, is an undercounter double drawer freezer filled with frosty beer mugs! Pour yourself a cold one and head on outside; you've earned it!

The living room/dining room features an open-concept design with large sliding glass doors that fill the space with natural light. After a day out enjoying the lake, you can relax in front of a 65 inch wall mounted TV, equipped with all your favorite streaming services. The dining table features bench seating that can be easily tucked under the table to allow for a more spacious living same. This table comfortably seats 6 to 8 people, and there's additional seating at the kitchen island for 6 more. A baby high chair can be found upstairs in the closet.

Lakeside we have a bonfire pit and enough Adirondack chairs to seat 12 people. If you plan to have a fire, we do have bundles available for purchase. At the house we have a barcode to scan for easy payment at your convenience.
