"The unit we rented was much bigger than we thought. Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony. We stayed on the bottom floor built into the hill so the moldy, wet smell was throughout the hall to the elevators. The room was perfect tho. And tons of extra things to do (2 pools, great game room, spa, etc)."

"Very nice unit and property! Was a huge bummer that the indoor pool was closed and weren't aware until a few days after booking, as it was one of the main reasons for staying. Outdoor pool was heated though and open late!"

"We had a great time up North but stayed at one of the older buildings (1-K) and there were several outdated and noticeable issues. One of shelf inside the shower where you put the bar of soap was cracked…the bathroom doorknob came off where my handy wife fixed it and one of the closets was very spooky because it had a curtain inside the closet as a replacement for a wall. Other than that we are always pleased with our stay and look forward to coming back. Maybe we are offered a free weekend...

"The perfect launch pad for exploring the beautiful mountains of New Hampshire. Loved sleeping to the sound of the river, and there were plenty of places nearby for food and drink even though it was off season. "

"Richard was the ultimate host. Responsive and accommodating. There was a last minute issue with the original unit we reserved and Richard notified us ASAP with a detailed explanation. He then proceeded to move us to the other unit without even asking, which had amazing views of Cranmore mountain. The unit was clean, quiet and in an excellent, centralized location to skiing, shopping and restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay and will be looking into booking again for next year’s trip."

"Stayed for 2 nights for a weekend ski trip. Comfortably slept 6 adults and 2 children. Very rustic but had everything we needed. The biggest issues we had were the heater seemed to shut off on its own a few times due to it needing a new filter. We also noticed the shower seemed to leak all over the bathroom floor which was inconvenient and there was apparent water damage on the wood around the shower which indicated the leak has probably existed for a while. "We were looking for a couple nights near Mt. Washington on our vacation to the northeast during the first part of June and stumbled across this hidden gem in Bretton Woods.
