Casa Zen is a modern and bright home in the gated community of PACIFICO. This home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac and has three main-level King bedrooms, each with a workstation and ensuite bathrooms. Out back is a beautiful pool and lounge, plus a unique second-level yoga & fitness studio with peek-a-boo ocean views.

We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation! ⁣

The home's main floor has a large open living, dining, and kitchen space that opens to the covered pool terrace. Host a games night, stream your favorite shows on the 65" living room TV, or lounge poolside in your own tropical paradise. The pool area has a gas BBQ, dining area, and pool loungers. The three King bedrooms are nicely separated, offering peace and privacy for your stay.

Guests can also enjoy all the resort-like amenities of PACIFICO including several on-site pools, the oceanfront PACIFICO Beach Club, walking/hiking trails, and a kids' park.

We're getting new neighbors! The PACIFICO development is growing and additional homes are being built in our area. We know construction can be a bother on vacation, so we have reduced our standard nightly rates by 10% to offset any inconvenience this may cause. Note that construction only happens during the day. If you're visiting Costa Rica to explore the amazing beaches, volcanoes , waterfalls, and rainforests you probably won't even notice to work! Pura Vida!

Car rentals or golf cart rentals are recommended options for transportation during your stay.
The home provides parking and an outlet for electric cart charging.
The homes section of Pacifico is set back in the development and is a 20-30 minute walk to the main gate.
There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club.


PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.

All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.

Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.

*The Pacifico Beach Club is closed each year for the month of October.
*The Pacifico Beach Club may close to the public due to private events at any time during the year. These closures are out of our control, and we try to communicate them to guests as soon as we are informed.
