Pequeño Paraíso is a comfortable, easygoing spot to stay in Playas del Coco, located in the Las Palmas neighborhood which is one of the most convenient areas in town. It’s the kind of place where everything just feels simple: beach nearby, food close, and town within reach.

You’re just a short walk from the beach, so morning swims, sunset walks, or quick ocean breaks don’t take any planning. Las Palmas is known for being a quieter residential area, but still close enough to Coco’s main strip, where you’ll find restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and little shops. You can get around easily without needing to be right in the middle of the noise.

The space itself is set up for a relaxed stay — whether you’re here to explore Guanacaste or just slow down for a few days. It works well as a home base: come back after a beach day, a boat tour, or a drive to nearby beaches, and just unwind.

Coco is also a great jumping-off point if you want to see more of the area. But honestly, with the beach this close and everything you need nearby, you might not feel like going too far.

-This is a non smoking unit. If you smoke, your deposit will be forfeited. on top of that, you will be charged an extra amount to cover for the services to get rid of the odor.

- No pets are allowed in the house.

- No parties or events are allowed.

- Please rinse sand in the outside shower before entering the condominium and/or showering inside.

- Kindly dispose of toilet paper in the waste bin provided, as flushing it may cause plumbing clogs.

- Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium. On rentals over 1 week there is a $50 cap on electricity.
