" We were there for a rowing competition for my daughter and had rainy weather. It was great that you could walk into a mudroom area and have hooks to hang up our things before going into the main part of the house. The laundry was right there too so it was convenient. The kitchen was a good size and we had everything we needed to prepare food. The house is on a quiet street with easy access to downtown. Communication with the host was excellent. She responded whenever I had any questions.The...

"This was a beautiful property that is well maintained and beautifully appointed. It is a short walk to the racetrack and heat for anyone there for racing. It is close to downtown and easy Uber access to all this quaint town has to offer. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Great communication and easy access. I highly recommend!"

"This is a welcoming and comfy place to come for a visit to the races or just to hang out in Saratoga Springs. We took an uber to the track (1.5 mile) and the walked home. Perfect location. We spent a day at the battlefield and touring the town. Ryan's place was the place to kick back and relax and enjoy. The bed is AMAZING and other littl touches make it our new favorite place to stay!"

"Location, location, location ! This place has a perfect location we parked our car on Wednesday and didn’t move it until we left. The place is nicely appointed and the host was responsive and friendly. Place is perfect for 2 people. The listing says it sleeps 4 but the bathroom in “en-suite “, and the bedroom door doesn’t close because the bed is too large for the small room. So it really doesn’t accommodate 2 couples. "

"Our family of 4 really enjoyed our weekend stay at the Grand Mare Vanderbilt. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Owners are great communicators! Check-in and out instructions were clear and easy. The building is located on a lovely tree lined street and an easy walk to and from downtown Saratoga. "

"The space is perfect for large groups, we had 13 people. The top floor was the best place to hang which allowed people to be able to peel off and have some time to themselves when they needed. It’s just under a 10 minute walk to downtown, check out Lucy’s Bar and The Misfit. Tim was an excellent host and ensured we had everything we needed, would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun girls trip! "

"Great location! We stayed for a long weekend and we loved that we were able to walk to most places. The space itself was tidy and perfect for my husband and I. Detailed check in information was provided and the host was quick to respond when I had a question about parking prior to arrival. "

"We stayed there for a family wedding. We had three adult couples and one eighteen year old. We were able to each have our own sleeping area and every couple had their own bathroom. It was perfect. And so close to downtown. Great place"

"We had a nice stay with our family of 4 plus grandparents. We needed a house with a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. This house fit us all. Just an FYI, there is no dishwasher which was okay for us but I didn't notice on the listing. Otherwise the kitchen has everything we needed."
