Spend your mornings biking to a local café, your afternoons exploring white-sand beaches, and your evenings floating in the heated pool or battling it out in the game room. At Seashells & Sunshine, your only job is to relax and make memories.

Other Things to Note:
Upon arrival you will find a starter set of supplies for your stay. These supplies include Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Laundry Detergent, Coffee and Tea.

We have a private heated (during winter season) swimming pool available for your use. Our pool offers the service of pool heat, as a courtesy to our guests at no additional charge. Our pool and equipment are closely monitored by our pool company for your safety and enjoyment, and we kindly ask that the controls, valves, pumps, heaters, and system not be tampered with because doing so could result in damage that you may be liable for. These system components should only be evaluated or adjusted by our pool company technician. Our winter months are considered to be from November through April. During these months we do our best to ensure that the pool is heated to a temperature of 82- 85 degrees.

The house was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The owner thought of everything and there was plenty to keep our family of 5 with 3 teenage girls entertained for the 3 day weekend. We are looking forward to our next opportunity to stay there.

The Buchanan's

Our stay at your house was amazing, its in a nice location to get all around town and neighbors were quite and to themselves. The house has lots of amenities so when you show up you have some time before shopping. We all loved the pool and seating outside. Bedrooms, and house lay out worked great. I would highly recommend the stay here to anyone!

Perfect in every way!!

We loved our stay in Sarasota. This home is beautiful, comfortable (beds, couch, throw blankets….everything) and had everything we needed!!! Adorable personal touches like a kitchen towel folded into a bow and a little bow on the toilet tissue! Supplies were arranged in a cute way under the sinks also! My girls loved the illuminated mirror in the hall bath. Everything worked perfectly from the TVs to the washer and dryer. Bikes were enjoyed as was the pool! Everything supplied for beach days. Quiet neighborhood, close to AMI and others. Hosts were responsive and very kind!! We will definitely stay at the Stones home again when we return to Florida.

This house has it all!

This is one of the best VRBO homes we've ever stayed at. So incredibly thoughtful with the way the home is stocked and ready. Blankets everywhere, great beds, beach supplies galore, plugs and charger ports all over the place. Easy to remember the code to get in, brilliant! Met a few neighbors while we were out and they were very friendly, as were their dogs. 20 minutes away from anything you want to do. Book this house.

Perfect Home

This home was perfect for our needs. The intent was to come down and relax with the comfort of home and that is exactly what it was. The interior of the house was perfectly decorated and comfortable. The pool was well kept and clean. This house has everything you need to enjoy a peaceful vacation.

Gymnastics and Beach

We were here for a gymnastics camp and brought the family to enjoy some beach time! The house was clean, well laid out, well stocked and conveniently located to multiple beaches and the gym. Highly recommend!

This property was wonderful. The owner had beach chairs, a beach wagon, stroller, umbrella, and sand toys that we were able to use. The house was beautiful and the pool was amazing.

Comfortable House Quiet Neighborhood

This house is very nice. Tastefully furnished and very comfortable. All the amenities you need for a great vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. Pool is very nice. It is a good size. Nice little game room off the pool area. Very responsive property manager.

Perfect property for our stay

Everything was so easy from the moment we booked this property, the owners got back to us immediately with any questions we had. Easy check in with an email prior to our booking with details on accessing the property, even better no keys to worry about just a key pad and code for everyone to come and go as they please. The house itself is on a lovely quiet street, the house has plenty of parking, door code in to house and you step into a lovely bright and airy entrance with all rooms leading off, the master suite is spacious, comfortable and a good size en-suite and closet, the other bedrooms both comfortable with plenty of storage and again plenty of closet space, all decorated beautifully and exceptionally clean. The living space was ample for us as a family, leading into dining area and then the kitchen, again with everything you need for your stay. The pool was a perfect temperature and the outdoor space provided plenty of seating and loungers for everyone, plenty of inflatables for the pool too, the game room was great and we took advantage to improve our table tennis skills, this is a fantastic space if you are there with younger children. The BBQ was great and easy to use, and we enjoyed a few meals seated outside in the early evening sun. Overall our experience was very positive, we couldn’t have asked for more, the property is as seen in the photos, very clean, beautiful decor and provided everything we needed, a five star rating from us, thank you.

Beautiful and clean home

We loved this home. Everything was clean and Madelyn was very attentive to every detail. Remembering we were there to celebrate my father's 90th birthday and left him a gift and card. Very thoughtful and we are so appreciative.

A super time in Sarasota!

The check-in/check-out procedure was easy. The listing accurately reflects the property! The property manager Madelyn was great to work with, and responded within minutes of any message. The manager and hosts are extremely accommodating and ensured our stay was phenomenal! The property is ideally situated n eat the airport and close to Sarasota activities and beaches. Lots of local restaurants. Our 2-week stay was awesome!

All the comforts of home, while away

House was in a nice neighborhood with plenty of stuff to do, within a 30 mile radius. Enjoyed sitting outside without all the hassles of bugs. Property manager was very pleasant and quick to respond when we needed something extra.
