  • Welcome to your perfect getaway! This recently remodeled ground-floor apartment features a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 flat-screen TVs, and 1,200 sqft of space. With 2 bedrooms and a 3rd room (den, see photos), it comfortably sleeps 6 in beds (1 king, 2 queens) and includes a private breakfast patio.
    Gumbo Limbo is a mini resort with 2 duplexes, sharing a heated black-bottom lagoon-style pool. Enjoy free parking (2 cars max), beach chairs, sun umbrellas, and Wi-Fi.

Beach Access at its Best

Came for a wedding weekend - quick in and out and couldn’t have asked for a better location with such close proximity to the beach. We were very impressed the property was in great condition given the two hurricanes that came through this season. We also enjoyed the downtown area and would love to go back for a longer stay.

This was a beautiful property and had every amenity we could want! This was hands-down, the cleanest place I have ever rented, and the location was outstanding. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

What a charming townhome! Everything was absolutely perfect. Everyone enjoyed themselves and were very comfortable! Aside from the townhome being amazing, the location is top notch!! Walking distance to everything! Steps from the beach and lovely walk to the pier area with food and shops. Also, very easy townhome to find for grocery deliveries! The locals are all very friendly and knowledgeable! 10/10

Central location … little oasis

We really enjoyed our stay at gumbo limbo! It was very clean, and tropical. The location was great centrally located , just steps to the beach and 0.5 miles or so from downtown!

Island Suite

Very clean and comfortable property. Just a half block walk to the beach. They provide beach chairs and umbrellas for time on the beach. Beautiful pool area to relax in. Close proximity to the fun downtown area. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful little apartment in the best location!

Amazing location, accurate listing, easy communication, ample parking, decent space size for our group, great communal backyard space, and right across from the beach. Just wish there were a few more basic household items to last our stay, otherwise no complaints.

Perfect Beach Get-Away

The condo was exactly as pictured and advertised. Beautiful sugar sand beach so close and a 10-15 minute stroll to numerous casual restaurants. Light and bright spacious condo. Nice patio/pool area with room to sit and read and enjoy.

Siesta Key Get Away

This was the second property we’ve rented at Gumbo Limbo and we’d definitely rent again. The property is excellent and the proximity to the beach and village is awesome!! Trolley even stops at the intersection! I would highly recommend this to anyone!!

We stayed here with our three kids (8, 4, and 8 months) we ended up putting the baby in her own room, the other kids in the king room and we took the den area. (Teething baby needed to be in her own closed door space) it worked out nicely. Excellent beach location and beautiful and refreshing pool. Nice access to beach chairs and toys for kids. Virginia was wonderful checking in all week and easy to reach. Thanks for a great week!

Im rating this property fair to make sure potential renters take the complaints of the noise from the upstairs apartment seriously. The property would get 5 star's for location, very convenient to the beach. The apartment was clean, well apointed with everything you need in a small kitchen, with the exception of refrigerator is very tiny. The living space appears larger in the pictures. We were 4 adults and 1 child a little tight.Note to the owner the bathrooms need towel racks or hooks to hang towels, the showers need a shelf or caddies, no place to put anything we used the window sill in the little bath. It would help to have tvs in all the bedrooms, to help drown out the noises from upstairs.
