Great location to restaurants, shopping and the beach is within 5 minute.the host was a pleasure to work with respond very quickly to any questions.the home was clean well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of room outside by the pool.

This property was great for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). A Short drive to multiple beaches and entertainment provided a quality stay. Communication was EXCELLENT to fix a few issues created by the previous guests. House was clean, pool was serviced, and beds were comfortable. Overall excellent spot.

This is the perfect house for a family getaway. Everything was how it was described. The pool was beautiful and so refreshing. Very close to siesta key beach which was absolutely beautiful. Everything needed for the beach and to makes meals. Excellent vacation spot.

A great space for families with lots to do! Very clean, the host is very responsive, everything is as described. So glad we chose to stay here! Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, nice communicative hosts, you can tell they love that place there are a lot of cute personal touches. I felt safe here and it was quiet.

The house was great! We greatly enjoyed our time and will stay here again. 4 adults and a pre-teen and there was plenty enough room. The game tables were a plus! Host was very prompt with any question we may have had.

Very clean and had everything we needed. Lanai area was great for the kids with a pool and pool table and tv. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend.

Carlos was a great host! The house is very clean and I was surprised everything that was in the house for amenities. I would recommend any one to book and stay here! Very close to siesta beach, and many eateries. Will definitely be back for a longer stay. Thanks again Carlos and Family

The house was absolutely perfect, had everything I needed and the enclosed pool and patio was chefs kiss. The house is also in a great location being close to the beach and stores.

Stayed here for the month of March 2026 and highly recommend this property to anyone. The location is great, centrally located, lots to do within a 30 min drive in any direction. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, the pool is great, and the wildlife in the backyard pond is relaxing to watch. The treadmill and Peloton bike are a nice touch. The back covered porch is awesome.

We loved our month-long stay this past January. The location, amenities and comfortability of this home is excellent. Carlos was a gracious and attentive host. We have been coming down to the Sarasota area for the past 20 years and this house by far was one of the best. Thank you, Carlos and we hope to stay again.

This house had literally everything you could possibly need. We were able to spend four solid days with our grandbabies and they never got bored and we didn’t have to pack up and tote them anywhere. The house was immaculate when we arrived. We will definitely make this our preferred property as it is so close in proximity to so much to do if you want to leave the property, but it also had everything we needed right at hand! you can’t go wrong with this rental!

Great location, beds were very comfortable after being at the bench most of the day. We enjoyed the shower outside near the pool, the television outdoors was a bonus. This house is very clean in a safe neighborhood, would definitely recommend this house to my friends again.

Great house to make a home base!

Our stay in Sarasota was awesome! This house and its amenities made our stay a true vacation!It rained two days of our trip and the pool saved the day. Our kids loved being to come home and relax in the pool after a day at the beach. The owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. If you are planning a trip to Sarasota/Siesta Key Beach, you should definitely stay at this property!

The house is spacious, tastefully decorated, and has well stocked kitchen supplies. Loved having coffee outdoors on the lanai. if you’re there early enough, will see ducks in the water.Super comfy beds; appreciated the basket of pool towels.Very good location for getting around Sarasota and the beaches.The owner, Carlos, was great to communicate with.

This is a fabulous home in a great location with groceries and beaches very close! My kids and I stayed for 6 nights. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware you need. The pool was a huge hit along with all the gaming tables for the times in between activities and evenings. And, Carlos was great to work with. He checked in to see how things were going and was very responsive with all questions!

We can't say enough good things about this property. The house is perfect, AC works wonderfully with outdoor temps close to 100. The pool is amazing but the lanai adds a completely different element to the pool area. We sat on the lanai in the rain, enjoyed coffee in the mornings listening to the birds - with the outdoor ceiling fan we didn't mind the hot Florida temp and humidity at all. Palm tree and umbrella tree to enjoy while floating around in the pool. There is a small fenced area perfect for a dog to stay safe. The location is perfect - grocery store less than 3 minutes away and a normal drive to siesta key is only 10 minutes - in July 4th holiday traffic was only 20 minutes. We had no trouble at all going back and forth to the beach. Beach chairs in the garage were so appreciated! Quiet neighborhood, very responsive host. To top it off, beds were super comfy. Close to Walt's Fish Market - great place for a nice dinner. Amazing place - which we didn't have to leave and hope we can come back.

Perfect for families

The property is beautiful, despite their being a downed tree (that I loved btw) hurricane Life....very quite neighborhood, easy check in....close to restaurants and shopping but away from the tourist madness which I also love....the home is beautiful and well kept. It is very accommodating for families and has so much to do on the property. The pool and especially the table in the pool were a bit with our whole crew we ate every meal out on the back porch at the pool.....we will hopefully go again very soon we don't live that far away our new fav place to stay in Sarasota

10/10...beautiful home with everything you would need to have a great vacation. Loved the pool, foosball, and air hockey table. Very clean. Comfortable beds and great pillows too. Quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Carlos answered every question I had in a timely manner and was extremely kind. Looking forward to coming back here.
