Our lovely suite is located at the end of a quiet and peaceful road with your morning view being the sun rising on Whitaker River. Despite the seclusion, Casa Azul is MINUTES away from Downtown Sarasota and the nicest beaches in the country; Siesta Key and Lido Key.

Casa Azul boasts a stylish space complete with full renovations on the entire space and entrance. The space has been designed specifically for your comfort and tranquility. The space is designed for the perfect getaway for two to four guests to come relax in one of the nicest cities in all of the U.S.

Along with a great view you can also expect a full kitchen with amenities such a coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator to be used to your heart`s content.

Two Roku TVs are also provided that come with Sling TV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video. These are all for you!

A washer and dryer have been provided for your use as well.

Casa Azul is a 2 bed/1 bath guest suite that is attached to a duplex. You have total privacy while in your suite as there is no access between the two units inside. Your entrance and parking are private and for your use only. None of the spaces indoor will be shared. The attached dwelling unit is a separate AirBnB with a separate entrance and parking.

We are located a short two minute drive from your suite. We give you complete privacy through your stay but we are easily reachable for any questions or help.

Bayou Oaks is known as one of the most tranquil neighborhoods in Sarasota. The suite is situated at the very end of a street that has undergone massive changes over the past 5 years. Being located right next to the main campus of Ringling College you may find the neighborhood almost as if you are within the campus itself!

The scenery of the street is reminiscent of a forest with large overhanging trees casting peaceful shadows over the street. The neighbors are friendly and very respectful. You can expect complete and total privacy during your stay and also a wonderful morning view as the sun rises to shine on the bayou river just outside your window!

You will love your personal view of the river that feeds the Whitaker Bayou!


Not only is Bayou Oaks a peaceful neighborhood but it is also right next to Downtown Sarasota where all the fun is! A quick 5minute drive from Riverside Oasis and you are in the middle of downtown with all the restaurants and entertainment you could want. And when it`s time to relax you can be assured of the peace you deserve at Casa Azul.

Driving is almost mandatory through all of Sarasota.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. We might have other guests staying in the separate unit.
