"Étant une habituée des séjours de fin de semaine aux États-Unis, j'ai décidé de passer le week-end à Plattsburgh. J'ai réservé l'hôtel via Expédia où ils offrent une belle variété de qualité. Par contre, cet hôtel est plus que MÉDIOCRE!!! L'état des lieux est totalement défraîchi, il y avait une odeur terrible dans la chambre ainsi qu'un trou dans le tapis! La peinture arrachée, lumière qui ne fonctionne pas et le pire, PAS D'EAU CHAUDE! L'eau de la piscine était brouillée. Le bâtiment est situé...

Toutefois, 2 oreillers supplémentaires ainsi qu’une couverture plus chaude aurait été apprécié.

"Great location with amazing views. Extremely clean. Property is beautiful overall and has many great amenities. Loved the fireplace in the room. Gave it a 4 because the decor feels a bit dated. Hot tub was too hot (but the pool was perfect.) And the breakfast buffet wasn't available even though it was listed on the website."
