"My sister and I stayed at your hotel in Faro for two days and we had a very warm and wonderful time there. We are especially grateful to Antonio and Peter(I hope I remembered his name correctly—my apologies if not)., who were both so kind to us. The other staff members were also extremely kind, which truly touched us and made our stay so memorable. Thank you very much for making our visit so enjoyable."

"Superbe petite auberge. Très bien situé quoique plusieurs locaux nous ont dit de faire attention à proximité la nuit. Nous n'avons eu aucun soucis. Décors éclectiques magnifique. L'insonorisation à l'intérieur est très mauvaise mais on n'est pas dérangé par les bruits extérieurs. L'air climatisé était trop faible pour la chambre. Globalement un très bon endroit très charmant."

"We absolutely LOVED our stay! The details in the design, the quality of the furniture, bedding, amenities, etc really took you back in time. Our bed was the biggest bed we’ve ever seen, and the historic (and sexy) touches throughout the room and hotel were perfection. We felt safe, cared for, and would recommend this Pensao Amor to anyone looking fur a unique experience! We were on the 3rd floor & the double windows blocked out 90% of sound coming from Pink St below, and our sound machine app...

"I absolutely loved this place. Incredibly spacious, very cute decor. They had complimentary port and pastel de nata when I checked in. Great communication both prior to check in and after I checked out. They allowed me to keep my bags at reception for a while so I could explore more after checking out. I only stayed one night but wish I stayed more! Truly a gem. "

"Great place to stay. Very modern with a washer/dryer in the room and small kitchen area. Bed was very comfortable with ultra clean sheets. Room was cleaned each day. Food was excellent at the Terrace Restaurant at the hotel. Would come to stay here again!"

"A really nice, clean, well appointed apartment in a convenient location. Very helpful staff and we liked the use of a code to gain access to our apartment, rather than a key. The car park is very secure and a real bonus, although pay attention to the maximum vehicle size as access is via a lift and it's a tight squeeze! Also be aware that Google maps will take you to a parallel street, which caused us some confusion, but was sorted out with the help of the very nice staff, who came out to meet...

"Our whole family loved our one-week stay on one of the hotel’s houseboats. It was truly a unique and memorable experience for the kids. We especially appreciated the setting around the marina – clean, safe, and secure thanks to the gated access to the pontoon. "We stayed in 105 which is in the back. It was super quiet and we had an outdoor terrace all to ourselves. The two twin beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was great. The kitchen is tiny but works for coffee and breakfast. More coffee pods for the stay would be good. A supermarket minutes away and above all the location was amazing. Close to everything!"
