Santuari Suwa de Yamanaka

Although the location is quite convenient, the hotel looks nothing like the photos. The lobby feels more like a bar, which takes away from the hotel's overall elegance. The hotel has two separate buildings, and we stayed in the Vintage building across the street. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell, and the hairdryer, mattress, and pillows were all disappointing. We were traveling with two young children, which made these shortcomings even more frustrating.
