Two things that were not good- there is no real kitchen area,(or area to gather outside of our room) it is in a small hallway by the back door and does not have a freezer or ice available. "My trip had a rocky start when I arrived. The management quickly remedied the issues that I encountered to make my trip enjoyable. The staff was very on point with the customer service recovery. I was moved to a great room with one of the most incredible view of the Hudson. They accommodate my spa treatment even during their renovation. I can’t wait to return back for another amazing experience. A minor issue was phone service was poor, but I was able to do WiFi calling."

"AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. The 10 of 10 reviews on Expedia have to be fake!!!!! This hotel at one time might have deserved a decent rating but those days are not the current situation. The hotel corridors smell of animal feces and there is also a strong smell of mold. Vagrants were congregated on the front (no longer functioning) hotel entrance and around the building.
