"Our family was obsessed with the large property thanks to its perfect layout for family gatherings, breakfasts around the enormous dining table, and relaxing evenings on the rooftop. The neighborhood wasn't the sexiest but the house was a short 10 minute taxi ride to central Oaxaca. The hosts were amazing and easy to communicate with which made our family vacation relatively stress free."

"This place has four very comfortable bedrooms, a nice kitchen and living area, and two outstanding patios, one on the main floor and one on the roof with incredible views and beautiful potted plants. The HOLT team is super responsive, often responding to questions in minutes. When the interior door lock misfunctioned and we couldn’t enter, I called the number listed and a friendly person immediately helped me find the lockbox with the key to enter the residence. I had to reach out to him for the check in instructions 2 hours before check in because he didn’t send me anything. He would also take a while to get back to me when I would ask him questions related to the property. "

"Good stay in a beautiful house close to a large gighway"

"Outstanding experience. Super clean and functional and beautiful. So many gorgeous spaces to spread out both indoor and outdoor. Bedrooms were spacious with places to sit and read quietly. Dining room was out eating space during the daytime and board game hangout in evening. Rooftop is a dream space with sauna and massive grill, great views for birding and listening to music."

"Our hosts Debra and Victor consistently out performed any expectations we had before arrival. They are extremely knowledgeable of the area and we're able to help us in finding contacts for local guides for area attractions along with excellent recommendations for the best restaurants. The transportation to and from the airport and flexibility of getting us around town was the most valuable amenity to us while staying with them.
