"We enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo. It was very spacious. We only had a couple complaints. The fridge didnt get very cold. The neighbor that was next to us his dog barked all night. There was also a man that was harassing us throughout the stay also talking to me 12 year old while she was outside. He seemed to be drunk but lives there. The condo its self was perfect! My family had a great 4th of July staying here. "

"My husband played in a golf tournament and I explored the area. Santee is home to a fabulous State Park, there are shopping and antiquing options, plenty of decent restaurants, Charleston is an easy drive and EVERYONE of the locals is helpful and hospitable. Tons of GREAT golf courses. Fishing is everywhere but we don’t fish."

"Our stay was perfect. We stayed overnight with our small dog on the way to the Keys. The home is so very nicely appointed and well done. It was exceptionally clean. The snacks, water and coffee assortment was so very thoughtful. The surroundings are very peaceful. Our dog loved the fenced in yard which also provided a safe place to play and removed any worry. Kay was wonderful to work with and very responsive. It was even better than pictured. I would not hesitate to stay again. "

"Beautiful home very clean check in was no problem. The owners were very quick to reply with any messages. Had a problem with the propane tank for the grill and the owner was there within five minutes to replace it. responded to my text within minutes. Overall, stay was excellent great place to relax and fish. Very cozy home felt like we were home the whole week love fishing on the dock very relaxing. Would recommend it to anybody that wants to relax and fish. "

"We had a wonderful time. The space was perfect for 9 of us and two dogs. The kids enjoyed fishing off the pier. They caught three large catfish, and several pan fish. We had a fish fry at the end of the week. We made many memories for everyone!"

There was enough space for us all to eat our meals together and sleep comfortably. We tied our boat up to the dock and took it out daily for fishing trips.
