"The property has 2 buildings. The rooms from 24 up are on the upper hill and are closer to the pool and have astonishing views, either over the ocean and Porto Santo, or over Santana, with mountain and ocean. Hard to decide.
The food at restaurant is better than many Funchal ones.
The only draw back is the fact that the add stated they have microwave, coockware, and dishes, but they had in the room only a kettle. The staff is friendly and you can borrow some tableware from restaurant.

"The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and I am very grateful for that. They even allowed me to have a late check-out. The room was spacious, but unfortunately, it had no view — just a view of the parking lot. I absolutely loved the gym and the indoor swimming pool, and I also found the breakfast to be amazing! Overall, I had a great time and would definitely stay again."

"Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt auf Madeira. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, sodass man vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Besonders angenehm war die Möglichkeit, den Spa-Bereich und die Pools im Nachbarhotel mitzunutzen. Dort konnten wir wunderbar entspannen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Insgesamt ein tolles...

"Awesome rooftop pool and view towards the sea. Location was also a great location for walking into central Funchal and had bus links too. For any tours booked it’s in the catchment area for hotel collection at least we found anyway.
Breakfast was great too! "
