"Coyote Hills a perfect gathering place for our family of 18 coming from all over California. The house is large so we never felt over crowded. The outdoor pool area is fabulous. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment needed for us to have fun preparing our meals. I would recommend this home for a group gathering!"

"We really enjoyed staying here with family and our dogs! It was super comfortable and we really enjoyed the hot tub and games in the garage. We would definitely book again if we're in the area. Our only note is that the back neighbors' dogs are VERY LOUD and would get upset when our dogs were in the backyard. The dogs also barked a lot at night and in the morning when ours were inside. Thankfully our dogs are not reactive but if you have a fence reactive dog, you might want to consider this...

"This is a perfect place to stay in Santa Ynez. The cottage was clean with everything you could need for your vacation including a large bathroom and living area. There is even a place to park and a Tesla charger right there. You can literally walk to EVERYTHING! Dave was so helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back for sure!"

"We had the most magical stay! The property is so tranquil—perfect for a true escape. Picture 10 moms looking to get away and relax, and this home delivered in every way. The house was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked, which made for the most gorgeous setting for our private chef dinner. We even enjoyed outdoor massages tucked away on the property, surrounded by Mother Nature—pure bliss!There was plenty of space for us to gather as a group, and at the same time, ample sleeping...

"Next level great stay in Santa Barbra. Everything about this hotel was perfect and so easy to make happen. They thought of everything a guest would need and I’m totally blown away with all of the details to make us feel like we were in a guest house not just a hotel. They were so easily responsive to any questions I had and everything was so smooth. Bed was a 10/10 and the shower was a 10/10!"

"We did a golf trip in the area and stayed here, the house was phenomenal, the views were spectacular! House was very clean, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The owners and staff were very attentive to our needs. "

"We arrived a bit later than we wanted to, thank you LA traffic, but had the pleasure of being greeted by the amazing view and soft lights of Santa Barbara. This VRBO is simply amazing. Upon arrival we were greeted by the host who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Parking was easy. Inside and out, the VRBO is exactly as advertised, although in person it’s even more impressive. "Loved this place,especially the views from the upstairs & deck! Jen was very easy to communicate with & super simple check in. Lovely that we were given a bottle of wine, cheese, snacks & fresh eggs! So nice to hear running water from the fountains while you relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. You can even feed the animals and pick your own lavender ;-) Close to all surrounding towns and winery's, couldn't be better. Thank You Jen!"

"This property is truly a gem. Cheri is very attentive and thinks of everything. She communicated with me prior to our arrival and everything was just as promised. This studio is truly everything. It is very clean, very comfortable and decorated just beautifully. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature was easily adjustable. Our favorite part was looking out the back windows and doors from the bed and the kitchen. The trees are just memorizing and we felt like we were in a little oasis....
