"We came from a long-haul flight that arrived around 5 AM, so I had to book the room starting the night before to ensure I would have a room when I arrived in Manila. I had already communicated this arrangement in advance and was told that reception would be informed about our arrival.
However, when I arrived, I was told that someone stayed in the room and they have to clean it. Since I had technically already paid for the room for the previous night, I expected it to be available when I...

"Facilities are worn down in need of renovation, drywall paint peeling, parking levels dark, unit in need of renovation and or a good refresh. Location of tower out of the way of shops, restaurants , main entry is backside of property. Not easy to access other sections of main dining ateas. Price may have been reasonable, like they say, youmpay for what you get. Imo, pov, i wouldnt stay there again."

"From pre check in to arriving, the host, Rein, was very helpful. Rein was very good at communicating and if I needed anything fixing, or suggestions for visiting, nothing was too much trouble.
I'd definitely recommend the Air Recidences to anyone visiting Makati.
The property was within easy reach, by Grab, to most places"

"All the staff at the hotel were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel could use more available television channels from more countries when relaxing in the room."
