"This is such a well-maintained property with all the amenities and a variety of extras that were quite nice. Mr. Javier, the owner, was readily available to assist us in anyway possible to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. I loved the backyard. It comes equipped with a covered patio, comfy lounge chairs and patio dining set,TV set up, and bbq pit to name a few things. We will definitely stay again when visiting my son in Edinburg. "

"Mathew was an awesome host, everything was perfect, comfortable, cozy and the neighborhood is very quiet at night time. I would definitely recommend another person to stay at the same rental as i stayed at. "

" There is a river, park, and playground (if you have kids) across the street behind the neighbors. It is easliy accessible and peaceful. The house is only a few minutes away from the grocery store and various restaurants. The rooms are extremely comfortable. Most places I visit, its hard for me to sleep properly. The owner/manager is amazing with communication. He even ordered snacks for us to enjoy on our stay. I left my headphones there and he paid for them to be shipped to me. ...

"Stayed for son's graduation. Property was well kept. Host responded quickly with answers to all questions. All who attended were pleased with the stay. "

"I was overall happy with our place, it was what it said it would be for our needs on out trip. The only issue I had was the pullout couch was very uncomfortable. I had messaged a couple times prior to arrival and was assured it would be comfortable. We are all "older" ladies and even though we rotated beds it was still hard on us. Thank you for letting us stay there it was a fun trip!"
